2 Our designers have developed three websites which can be customised with your agencies brand. All we require is your logo, copy and images and our designers will bring your template to life, saving you time and taking the stress out of building a website. We will create a striking, solid, fully integrated affordable website for your buisness. Fully integrated with Chameleon-i, you are able to post your vacancies in real time directly from your Chameleon-i database, let candidates register and upload their CV's, apply for jobs and update their record. All our websites include the following database driven functionality: Candidate registration Job seekers can use an online registration form to register their personal details with your agency. Their details and CV are immediately available for you to view in Chameleon-i. Job search and application Effective job search that delivers relevant job results to job seekers visiting your website. The search criteria includes location, job type and sector. Registered job seekers can use the one-click application feature. Auto responders Once registered the job seeker will receive a registration confirmation with a user name and password enabling them to return and update their details. Alerts to consultants The alert system within Chameleon-i will notify designated consultants of new candidate registrations. Candidate applications made via the website are automatically short listed and the managing recruitment. consultant notified. Password Reminder If candidates forget their passwords no problem! The password reminder will automatically send them an containing their user details. RSS feed RSS feeds help to drive more targeted traffic to your website, working positively towards an increased website visibility. Linked within Chameleon-i the RSS provides instant publication of your jobs, you can also use the RSS feed to post your vacancies to your social media pages. Content Management System (CMS) This easy-to-use tool puts your recruitment agency in complete control of the images, text style and text so your website can easily be kept up-to-date. Using the CMS you are also able to assign page titles, keywords and phrases specific to each page to help make your website visible for search engines (SEO). Google analytics set up Google analytics delivers reporting tools to help you gain rich insights into your website and provides you with the means to analyse traffic, to help improve your online results. * Chameleon-i connectivity module includes all real time database connections, CMS and support.

6 How to order your template websites When choosing a template decide which layout, design and location of the Chameleon-i functionality is best suited to your business. All the images, colour, text and font are customisable to your company s brand. Once you have chosen your template, please complete the creative brief. You will be assigned a project manager who will manage your website build. They will take you through the whole build process and clearly explain each milestone. For your template website we will require: - Website text for all pages - What type of font/or specific font you would like (remember all fonts need to be websafe) - Lead colour of the website - Good quality high resolution images (jpg format)* - Good quality logo, high resolution (jpg format) - Url to social media page pages We will create for you a static mock up of your homepage and secondary page, enabling you to see how your website will look when created. Once you have approved these pages we will build your website, with the images and copy supplied**. Once the website is built, it will pass into the beta stage. We will give you and your team training on how to edit the Content management System (CMS). You will have the ability to make any changes to the copy whilst on the beta site. When you are ready we will assist you in launching the site and making it live on the world wide web. *If your company requires any website images, have a look at i-stock image library. **Please note, we will only add your text once to your template, any additional amendments can be made by you through the CMS, we will provide full CMS training.
