4 4 OVERVIEW Ebay Product Lister, by CedCommerce, helps sellers feeding product data from their WooCommerce store to ebay for connecting it with one of the biggest e-commerce industry players. This extension provides various key features: Product data validation - In accordance to the standards and values specified by Ebay. Easy product upload - Products are uploaded on a single click when they are ready to upload. Bulk Uploading -The bulk product upload feature provides the flexibility of uploading any number of products on Ebay. Current version allows uploading Simple on Ebay. Profile feature for automating the procedure - Profiles can be created and assigned to the products for automating the upload procedure. Description Template Support - Products are offered to select description templates from the list of pre-defined templates offered by ebay for interactive productive description. In this extension, currently, we have provided support for SIMPLE products that is only SIMPLE PRODUCTS can be uploaded to Ebay. EBAY MARKETPLACE After Activating the plugin you need to configure you ebay account to integrate it with your Woocommerce Store. Click on Configuration tab to configure the app -

5 5 Select Your Location User need to select ebay store location where they need to sell their products Follow the steps mentioned 1. Click on Authorise now BUTTON, this will open a window asking for your Ebay Seller Account Credentials. 2. Once you are successfullly signed in you need to click on Fetch token. This will integrate your woocommerce store with the Ebay. Once you have completed Step 1 you need to fill in the other deatils 1. Payment Details 2. Shipping Details 3. Return Policy Payment Details This include the selection of payment methods that you are allowing with your products purchase. Shipping Details This include the basic shipping details.

6 6 Return Policy This includes the settings for returning a product if the seller allows it.

7 7 CATEGORY MAPPING This section is for selecting the categories from the ebay store that user are going to use in their Woocommerce Store. The category selection is divided in the levels and the leaf node or the last category is provided with the checkbox that needs to be checked for selecting that category.

8 8 PROFILE SECTION Click on ADD PROFILE buttton to create a new profile. Read the Instruction to Use tab to know how to create a profile. Select Product and Corresponding Metakeys This section is used for selecting metakeys that can be used as a value with each product.

9 9 Profile Information This section is for creating a new profile. 1. Basic Section for Profile Name 2. Advance This section include the basic ebay deatils that will go with the products that are assigned with this profile. Once You have selected the Ebay category that needs to be assigned to the productebay This section includes 2 tab 1. Category Specific Here you are provided with the ebay category attributes that needs to be filled for the product. You can assign the same value for the profile or can select the metakeys from which the product will fetch the required value.

10 10 2. Framework specific This section includes some field from the Ebay that will be assigned to the products on uploading. On saving the profile the profile are listed as shown below.

12 12 MANAGE PRODUCTS This section displays all the products from your woocommerce store along with their current status under the column READY TO UPLOAD This column shows 1. EBAY READY Once you have entered all the required and important attributes related with the product 2. MISSING LISTING DATA This is shown if an attribute is missing from the product and also tells which attribute is missing or incorrect. Once the product is EBAY READY you can verify it to check whether the product is correctly setup and will be uploaded to Ebay or not. Select the Product using the checkbox and then select Verify from the bulk action dropdown above and click on APPLY.

13 13 This process will verify your ebay products and let you know if it is successfully verified or not. Successful Verification will result in the providing you the listing fees if any and if the verifiation fails it will be shown along with the error message. CREATING A PRODUCT 1. For creating a product as EBAY READY, click on edit link on hovering over a product. 2. After filling all the deatils the product will be becoming ready.

14 14 PROFILE ASSIGNMENT On clicking on NOT ASSIGNED in profile column in manage product tab you can assign profiles to the different products. For Bulk upload or uploading products later you can add them to the upload queue as well using the checkbox in the ADD TO UPLOAD QUEUE column.

15 15 BULK ACTIONS Bulk Profile Assignment In this section you can assign the profile to multiple products and categories at the same time. Bulk Product Upload In this section user can select categories and products to be uploaded and produucts that user do not want to get uploaded. Upload Your Queue This section is for uploading the products that are been added to the queue from the manage product page.

16 16 DESCRIPTION TEMPLATES This section provides the ability to the shop manager to create a template that can be used with the product description to give it a interactive look. Ebay offers some pre defined templates whichh can be fetched from the category page and can be selected from product edit page. User can create custom templates and also use them from the product edit page. Click on ADD NEW TEMPLATE to create a new template for product description. User has been provided with several shortcodes that can be used for replacing that code with desired result.
