4 1. How to Login to Wordpress. Go to the Wordpress Login Page: Type in your Username: your-username and then the Password: your-password 3

6 2. How to Add New Pages Click Pages then Add New. then click Add New Click Pages 5

7 Enter a Page Title, insert content below and then click Publish. Click Publish Insert Content here Check This if you want to show the page on the navigation 6

8 3. How to Edit Existing Pages. Click Pages then click on the page you would like to edit. Click Pages 7

9 Edit content as required and then click Update to save your changes. Click Update Edit Content here 8

Click on the content, before Test page content will go here, and then click on the Add Media Button. 1- Click on add media button and select it from you hard drive from where to take the image. 2- Click on the content, before Test page content will go here. 9

12 Click Select File button. click Select File and then double click on image you wish to insert. When Image uploading is completed Edit details for the image Selected Image will show here Select Alignment of the image. Select link on the image And Size of the image which you want to put on the page by default 2 options are there and then click Insert into Page Button 11

14 5. How to Insert a PDF into a Page. Follow same steps to upload PDF same as Uploading an Image. 13

6. How to Insert a You Tube Video into a page. Go to the You Tube Video page: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjklfhec4ky Under the video, Click the Embed button. Untick Include related videos.

Select a preferred Size. Left click on the code to select. Right click and then click copy. Click the Source Button. Right click where you would like to put the video, click paste and then click Update Button. 14

17 7. How to Remove Pages. Click Pages and hover mouse over the page you wish to delete and click Trash. Click Trash to remove 16

8. How to Add a Blog Post Click Posts and then click Add New. Click Posts and then click Add New Enter a Post Title, Insert content below, select most suitable category.

If you just want to list the product and don t want to sell a product please select this category. You have to remove that category from the product if you want to sell that product Click on the Product Detail button to enter Product Code Enter title Description of the product If your product have different size and prices please select Varient checkbox from the right hand Settings options. 20

22 If you click on the Variants option then price section will change to something below screenshot In the click on the Add menu button to add another dropdown Click on the text to edit that Give different prices to show it on the website Upload different images for the product to add an image click add new image 21

23 If you use variant than it will show as below screenshot There are variant in the price from lowest price to highest price. That s it 22

24 12. How to updated existing product To update existing product simply open the admin panel Goto Catalog > Products You will see list of the products on that page Click on any product to edit When you open the products page 23

25 You can edit title, description of the product Change the category of the product, you can also change the price, hover on the image to delete that image or add new image button When you finished doing changes click on the save products button no top right That s it 24

26 13. How to delete a product To delete a product goto products page Hover on the products name and you will see Trash link. Click on it to delete single product And if you want to delete multiple products click on the check boxes on the left of the product name And then select Move to Trash from the Bulk Actions dropdown 25

27 14. How to check the orders To check the orders Login to the admin panel goto Shopp > Orders Here you can see the list of orders which are placed on the website You can further click on the orders for more information That s It Thank you 26
