1 Isabel 6 A summary of what s new in Isabel 6 version 2.1 Dear Isabel User, There are quite a few new features in Isabel 6 version 2.1. Thanks to your comments via the helpdesk or through quality surveys, we were able to make improvements that make the daily management of your finances even more efficient and more pleasant. If you have any questions about using Isabel 6, log on first to The Isabel Team Transactions tab: simplified and improved payment wizard You will notice in the left-hand menu in the Transactions tab that there is a new link under the New menu. Instead of SEPA payment, you will find now the Payment menu item that enables you to create your payments. Numerous improvements have been made in this Payment wizard based on feedback from our users. You can quickly retrieve existing counterparties via the alias, as well as the name and account number of your beneficiary. New beneficiaries can be saved immediately from the transfer form. The Save this new beneficiary box is ticked as standard to show that the new beneficiary will be saved immediately. The new beneficiary is shown in bold when you enter it. 2 When you make changes to an existing beneficiary, these changes are shown in italics and are modified immediately (the Update this beneficiary box is ticked as standard). Sent Transactions tab: filter added Extra filters have been added to the Sent Transactions tab: All recent transactions (= transactions for the past 7 days) My recent transactions The Sent Transactions are shown by the date on which they were sent. Improved printing Acting on feedback from our customers, we have significantly improved the printing features in Isabel 6. The changes below mean a 20% saving on your current print volume: The margins are smallers. The font size is smaller. Which helps both you and the environment. You will also notice that the print options screen has been updated to include additional options in the various tabs. A. More print options in the Account Information tab You can opt for a print summary either with a single table of the latest transactions received, or for a table showing the transactions for a period selected by you. 3 Use the calendar to produce a printout for a specific period (maximum data range allowed is 31 days): Example of a Show overview From [date x] to [date y] printout: If you want to display details, you can opt for the Full view or Condensed view. 5 Details of an account on the Isabel 6 screen: Example of a detailed printout from this screen : when you print out the details of a transaction, the following information is no longer shown: End balance and date Start balance and date Available balance Sequence number B. More print options in the Transactions tab The print options in the Transactions tab have been expanded with a new option: Summary of (selected) files. This option show a summary of files or transactions uploaded manually or automatically. The pdf printout may contain the following information: Ordering party: account-holder, account number, BIC/bank name Beneficiary (counterparty): name, account number, BIC/bank name Message: first 3 lines of the text in a message. This enables us to give a quick explanation about any scheduled work on the system, as well as provided you valuable tips for using Isabel 6 effectively. Isabel 5 Invoice Exporter Isabel 5 Invoice Exporter is a program that can be downloaded free of charge. It is aimed at users who are still working with an Isabel Business Suite 5.0 application. Isabel 5 Invoice Exporter enables them to export their digital invoices from Isabel Business Suite 5.0 so that they can continue to view them after the Isabel Business Suite 5.0 application has been removed from the PC. More information about Isabel 5 Invoice Exporter: Technical formats supported in Isabel 6 version 2.1 Isabel 6 supports a wide range of technical formats for updloading and downloading. For a summary, visit and type in the search engine or visit The new version of the Security Components ensures automatic installation and renewal of your certificats Also be sure to install the latest version of the Security Components. At the bottom left of the Isabel 6 homepage you will find a link to upgrade to the latest version in the download zone or you can use the following link: After the latest version is installed your Isabel certificate will be automatically renewed each time that you place a card in the reader. No more problems with expired certificates!
