Overview 1.1 General Information Wholesale Add To Cart Grid is Magento extension that displays all the variations of a configurable product within a table on the product page and allows customers to add more than one product configuration to cart at once. It is a handy extension for wholesalers and distributors, B2B e-commerce, or retailers that would like to give their customers the option to buy multiple product with different attribute options at once. This module displays all variations of configurable products with up to two attributes in a user-friendly and responsive table, along with quantity available in stock, final price of an option, "out of stock" notification if the product is out of stock, or "not available" if the product variation is not available at all. 1.2 Key features All variations of configurable products listed in a table; This module does not replace Magento default add to cart functionality or interfere with any other third party modules. Add more than one product configuration to cart at once; Final price is displayed for all the product variations; Available quantity in stock is also displayed; Works with existing configurable product in store; Supports tier pricing; Responsive: looks good on all screen sizes; Displays "out of stock" or "not available" status; Enable/disable extension for all products or enable/disable for each product individually; Desired attributes can be set and configured from admin panel. 1.2 About this manual This user manual is intended to be used as a step-by-step guide for installing and configuring Wholesale Add To Cart Grid extension for Magento.

4 2. Installation 2.1 Installation requirements Wholesale Add To Cart Grid extension for Magento is encoded via ioncube. To run it, you must have the ioncube loader ( installed on your web server. For more information about the ioncube loaders, please visit or contact your webmaster. 2.2 Installation instructions In most cases the extension comes in a.zip file ready for extraction to your computer or web server. To install the extension you should extract the files from the archive to your local computer or web server and copy them to the root folder of your Magento website. Step 1. Before extracting the files you should make sure that compilation and caching options are disabled. Compilation: Log into your Magento admin panel and go to System->Tools-> Compilation. If the Compiler Status does not read "Disabled", click the Disable button in the upper right corner. Cache: Go to System->Cache Management to view the current status of your cache. To disable cache options click Select All on the left side, and from the drop-down Actions menu select Disable, then Submit.

5 Step 2. Extract the extension files Extract the.zip archive to your local computer or web server and copy the files to your Magento root directory. Step 3. Refresh Magento cache Go to Admin->System->Cache Management and click on Flush Magento Cache. Step 4. Check the installation After you have successfully installed the extension, go to System->Configuration. There should be the Grid Cart tab under ExtensionsMall section in the left-hand menu. If you can't see it, then something went wrong with the installation. Please review the steps described above. We recommend that you log out of Magento backend and log back in when you install Wholesale Add To Cart Grid or you could be presented with 404 page when trying to save the extension settings.

6 2.3 Setting up the Wholesale Add To Cart Grid in your store By default 'Enable Grid Cart' attribute is set to 'NO', so after you finish the installation of 'Wholesale Add To Cart Grid' there will be no visible changes on your store front end. To enable module for particular product you will need to edit product and set 'Enable Grid Cart' (in 'Design' tab) to 'Yes'. Module is fully compatible with existing configurable products and there is no need to create a new products to be used with this plugin. You can use 'Update Attributes' feature to enable 'Grid Cart' for multiple products without editing every product separately. 3. Creating an Attribute Wholesale Add To Cart module works with already existing configurable products in your Magento store, but you can also create new products with new attributes. Step 1.Choose Catalog -> Attributes -> Manage Attributes, then click on the Add New Attribute

7 Step 2.Enter the Attribute Code and set the following attribute properties: Scope: Global Catalog Input Type for Store Owner: Dropdown Apply To: All Product Types Use To Create Configurable Product: Yes

8 Step 3.Click the Manage Label/Options tab on the left Enter the Title for the attribute, and labels for all attribute options Step 4. Choose the default attribute option and Save. 4. Creating an Attribute Set For assigning an attribute to Configurable Products it is necessary to add the attribute to the attribute set. Step 1. Choose Catalog -> Attributes -> Manage Attribute Sets -> "Add New Set" Step 2. Name the Attribute Set and Save

9 Step 3. Drag the Attribute from Unassigned Attributes list to appropriate group on the left You will also notice there is an "enable_gridcart_plugin" in the Unassigned Attributes. You should drag this attribute to the "Design" group on the left, so you would be able to enable/disable or customize Add To Cart Grid per product. Step 4. Save the Attribute Set

10 5. Creating a Configurable Product This module is designed for configurable product, so the next thing you need to do is to create a new configurable product with the attribute you just created. Step 1. Select Catalog -> Manage Products and click "Add Product" button Step 2. Set the Attribute Set to the one you created and Product Type to Configurable Product and Continue Step 3. Check the box next to the Attribute you want to be configurable and Continue

11 Step 4. Fill in the required information: Name, Description, SKU, Status, Visibility Step 5. In the Prices tab, fill in the Price and any additional information considering price

12 Step 6. Fill in all the other product information you need: set the inventory options, upload images, add the product to the desired category... Step 7. In the "Design" tab you need to enable Add To Cart Grid for that configurable product. Step 7. Click "Save and Continue Edit" before you go to Associated Products tab.

13 6. Add the Associated Products Now you need to create Simple Products for every attribute option of your configurable product. Step 1. Select the first attribute option from the attribute drop-down and enter necessary information in the fields in "Quick simple product creation" box, then click on Quick Create. Step 2. Repeat this process for every attribute option you want that is available on your configurable product.

14 Step 3.Click "Save and Continue" button in the upper right corner. All your simple products should now be visible on the lower part of the Associated Products tab page: Step 4. If you want the Wholesale Add To Cart Grid to show different prices of the configurable product options, you need to specify the price difference in the "Super product attributes configuration" box.

16 Here you can set the following options: Enable/Disable Add To Cart Grid module in your Magento store. Show price for the displayed variations of configurable products.
