1 How to upload and install the hosting modules Step 1: Drag and drop the modules folder to the root folder of WHMCS on your remote Server. It's okay to overwrite existing files, if any. Step 2: Now let's login to WHMCS and setup these hosting modules Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 1

2 Step 3: After you have logged in to WHMCS, you now need to Activate these modules. To do this, Go to the Menu > Setup > Addon Modules Step 4: This will list down all the installed Addon Modules. You need to enable this newly installed "Official Resellerclub Module" by clicking on Activate as shown. Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 2

3 Step 5: To complete activating the module you need to set the "Access Control" and check the "Full Administrator" option to enable this module for the administrator account (marked as point 1). Click on "Save Changes" to complete the installation of the module. Step 6: You should now see a confirmation message as shown below. Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 3

4 Step 7: Next, go to the Official ResellerClub Module under the Addons tab as shown. Click on the "Official ResellerClub Module" sub menu to link it to your ResellerClub Account. Step 8: Enter your ResellerID and Password and click on Save. Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 4

5 Step 9: After saving the changes, you should get a confirmation as shown below. Congratulations, you have now completed installing the hosting modules. How to setup a Multi Domain / Single Domain / Reseller Hosting services In this section, you will learn how to setup a Product which is configured to sell a Multi Domain Hosting Package. Before you proceed, you should know: How to create a Product Group, Add a New Product and configure the Product in WHMCS - Link to WHMCS documentation How to set Product Pricing for all tenures in your ResellerClub Account - Link to ResellerClub Pricing documentation Note: The steps remain the same for configuring a Web Services (Single Domain Hosting Package) product, with the only difference being in the module selected in Step 7 Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 5

6 Step 1: Go to Setup > Product/Services > Product/Services as shown in the screenshot below. Step 2: Click on "Create a New Product". Note: If you haven't created a Product Group yet, you should first create a Product Group and then proceed to create a new Product. Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 6

7 Step 3: Select the Product Type, Product Group and enter a Product Name and click on Continue Step 4: Fill in the product details as required and click on Save Changes. Now, head to the Pricing section, by clicking on the "Pricing" Tab Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 7

8 Step 5: Set your Selling Price for each tenure and click on Save Changes. Since the multi-domain hosting product does not support monthly billing, set the pricing for monthly as "-1" to disable this tenure. Important Note: Kindly make sure that you have set prices for all tenures, just as you have done it in your ResellerClub account for all hosting products. You can set prices in WHMCS for only those tenures that you have set in your ResellerClub account. Remember to set the Payment Type as "Recurring". 9 Step 7: Select the "Resellerclubmdhhosting" module from the Module Name dropdown as shown. Note: If you are configuring a "Single Domain Hosting" product then select the "Resellerclubsdhosting" module and "Resellerclubresellerhosting" for Reseller Hosting product. 10 Step 8: After selecting the "Resellerclubmdhosting" module, your screen would refresh and it would show additional options. Official ResellerClub WHMCS Module Page 10

11 Step 9: Choose the appropriate plan from the "Hosting Plan" drop down as shown, select the appropriate option for provisioning your product as per your requirements, and click on Save Changes. The Hosting Plans listed here in the dropdown will be from the ResellerClub account. Note: Your plan names configured in your ResellerClub Account are named with the Operating System, Plan Name and the Plan Id. For example, the Pro linux plan (in ResellerClub account) would now appear in the dropdown as "Linux - Pro - 2" That's it, you're done setting up a Multi-Domain Hosting Product in WHMCS. Similarly, you can configure all your hosting products that are available in ResellerClub account.
