3 Introduction: This module allows you to import and export your store URL rewrites data such as store view id, request path, target path, redirect type and description in bulk via csv format. This extension allows you to import export all the Magento's URL rewrites data from one store to another store. You can export store view and URL type like custom, category, product and cms page URL wise URL Rewrites data. Features of this extension: Import/Export all URL redirect type like No, Temporary (302) and Permanent (301). Import/Export all URL type like custom, category, product and CMS page. Import/Export files via Magento admin/browser. No need for FTP access. You can export store view and URL type like custom, category, product and CMS page URL wise URL rewrites data. 4 How to create CSV? entity_type - Set the entity type. Custom custom For Category category For Product - product For CMS Page - cms-page entity_id - If you set entity type is category, product or CMS page then here you can set here entity id like category id, product id or CMS page is as per your requirement. request_path - Set the relative path of the page to be redirected. target_path - Set the valid URL of an existing page that will be the new destination. redirect_type - Set redirect type URL. No 0 Temporary (302) 302 Permanent (301)

6 Sample Import URL Rewrites CSV Go to 2.html Go to support tab and download Import-export-url-rewrites-sample-csv file. import_all_url_type.csv Using this CSV you can import all URL type like custom, category, product and CMS page. import_custom_url_type.csv Using this CSV you can import custom URL type. import_custom_url_type_min_field_301.csv Using this CSV you can import custom URL with 301 redirect URL. 6

7 How to Import URL Rewrites? You must have to follow below steps: Step-1 Prepare your CSV as per our documentation. For more detail see (How to create CSV? or refer sample CSV). Create new something.csv File. Note: - Do Not Change CSV header. Step-2 Go to Your Site Backend -> SYSTEM -> MageBees Import/Export URL Rewrites -> Import URL Rewrites. Step-3 Please upload your created CSV file and click on Import URL Rewrites button. Note: Please do not close this screen before completing process. It will lead undesired results if you closed before complete the process. Step-4 Now successfully import URL Rewrites. Your store URL Rewrites will be display on Admin -> MARKETING -> SEO & Search -> URL Rewrites. 7

8 How to Export URL Rewrites? You must have to follow below steps: Step-1 Go to Your Site Backend -> SYSTEM -> MageBees Import/Export URL Rewrites -> Export URL Rewrites. Step-2 Select store view then click on Export URL Rewrites Button. Step-3 Now successfully export URL Rewrites. You can get exported CSV file in <Magento-Root>>/var/export/ file 8

9 FAQ:- Below is the detail explanation: Q-1:- I have installed import export URL rewrites extension but got following error. There has been an error processing your request. Please upgrade your database: Run bin/magento setup:upgrade. Run php bin/magento setup:upgrade command to your terminal or command prompt. Please see installation steps for that.
