1 1Line Mobile 1Line is now available on two mobile operating systems (Apple & Android) with access to Nomination, Pooling, and Confirmation functionality. This module explains the 1Line Mobile features. Transco Version April 3, 2012

4 1Line Mobile Introduction This training module is designed to give an overview of the nominations, pooling, and confirmation process now available on smartphones and tablets via 1Line Mobile. 1Line Mobile gives customers the ability to retrieve and edit nominations, check if MDQ is exceeded, view pools, and confirm locations. For more detailed information regarding the process of nominations, pooling and confirmations please view the training packets on Transco s Electronic Bulletin Board. Transco s 1Line Mobile is available on Apple and Android phone operating systems as well as tablets with web-enabled browsers. It is accessible via the 1line URL rather than an app therefore, no download is required to gain access. Logging In To log into 1line Mobile, open the phone s browser from the home screen and (for iphone customers this is Safari.) enter into the address field and select Customer Activities. The 1Line Login page will appear. Version April 3, 2012

5 Transco s 1Line Mobile gives customers the option to choose the Desktop Version of 1Line on the Login page. The Desktop Version provides the full functionality of 1Line. Due to the size of some mobile device screens, this option may make it difficult to read 1Line information. To use the Desktop Version select the checkbox to the right of Desktop Version. 1Line Mobile (with Desktop Version unchecked) provides customers with a condensed, easy to read version of the 1Line system. Enter your 1Line User ID and Password (same user credentials as Desktop Version) and select the Login button. This training material assumes that the customer has left the Desktop Version unchecked. 6 For customers that perform business functions for other Williams pipelines (role specific), 1Line Mobile functionality gives the option of selecting those pipelines with the Change Pipeline navigation link. To return to the Home screen, either tap the Home hyperlink or tap the the blue banner. icon in Note: DO NOT use the or icon buttons inherent to the browser. It will cause your session to expire. 7 Similar to the full desktop version, 1Line Mobile navigation in Nominations includes Pooling and Confirmations. By selecting Nominations, a new menu will appear allowing the customer to select Nominations or Confirmations. Version April 3, 2012

8 The menu options available for Nominations are Retrieve Nominations and Pool Balance Summary. Confirmations menu option is Confirmation Transaction Level. Nomination Retrieve Nomination Pool Balance Summary Confirmations Confirmation Transaction Level Nominations Select the Retrieve Nomination link: The following fields allow the customer to retrieve nominations using the following filters: Begin Gas Flow Date: One day shown at a time Transaction Type: 01 is default; add other TTs by using commas between each Svc Req K, Rec Loc Prop, Del Loc Prop, Package ID, Svc Req Prop, Serv Req Name Version April 3, 2012

9 Enter the nominations criteria and select the Retrieve button. Up to 250 nominations can be retrieved per search. The customer can select the MDQ Calculate button to inquire if the contract has exceeded its Maximum Daily Quantity. Version April 3, 2012

10 If the MDQ has not been exceeded, no data will be returned. If the contract has exceeded capacity the following page will appear: Version April 3, 2012

11 To return to the nominations screen, select Retrieve Nomination link in the breadcrumb path at the top of the screen or select the icon in the blue banner. Version April 3, 2012

12 Select the contract number on the desired nomination to see more details. The customer has the ability to manually edit, then Validate, Submit or Cancel buttons to make a change to the nomination. Version April 3, 2012

13 Pool Balancing To return to the Retrieve Nominations page, select the Retrieve Nominations link in the breadcrumb path at the top of the screen or select the icon in the blue banner and select the Pool Balancing Summary link. Version April 3, 2012

14 Input the following data then select the Retrieve button. Flow date, Svc Req Name/Prop, Cycle, Location ID (Prop), Balanced and Unbalance (slide filter for YES or NO) Filter Out Zero Qty (slide filter for YES or NO) Supply, Disagg and Market Quantities will appear in columns on the right side of the screen. 15 Confirmations To return to the Confirmations page select the Confirmations link in the breadcrumb path at the top of the screen or select the icon in the blue banner. Select the Confirmations link. Select the Confirmation Transaction Level link (customers can confirm locations that have not been assigned a confirmation level in 1Line and locations that are confirmed at the transaction level) Version April 3, 2012

16 Enter the Location Name, Begin and End flow date and Cycle for the desired transactions and select the Retrieve button. Version April 3, 2012

17 Summary Quantities The Summary Quantities page allows customers to view previous period scheduled, confirmed and nominated quantities. To view, select the Summary Quantities link. Select the icon in the blue banner to return to previous screen. Version April 3, 2012

18 To confirm a transaction, select the desired nomination using the hyperlinked contract number. Review the nomination and scroll to the bottom of the page. Version April 3, 2012

19 Enter the confirmed quantity and select the Confirm button. A notification and timestamp will appear once the nomination has been confirmed. Version April 3, 2012

20 Logoff Once all desired transactions are complete, the customer should select the Logoff icon in the blue banner (top right corner). Version April 3, 2012

21 Tips To access 1Line Mobile faster in the future, the customer can make it a bookmark or add it as an icon to their home screen. For the iphone: Select Safari and navigate to the 1Line Login screen. Touch the bottom center icon and the following menu will appear: For a Bookmark: Select the Add Bookmark button, then enter 1Line Mobile and select the Save button. In the future, once in Safari press it will navigate to the 1Line Login screen. once, then choose 1Line Mobile and For a Home Screen Icon: Select the Add to Home Screen button, enter 1Line Mobile and select the Add button. An icon will appear on the iphone s home screen. When selected, this icon will navigate directly to the 1Line Login screen. Version April 3, 2012

22 For Android device: Select the browser and navigate to the 1Line Login screen. Tap the menu button and the following icons will appear: Select the Add Bookmark icon and type Williams 1Line Mobile in the Name field and the corresponding web address Location field. When complete select Done. In the future press the Menu button while in the browser and select Bookmarks. Select the Williams 1Line Mobile bookmark to access the 1Line Login page. 23 To create a home screen icon, complete the steps above, press and hold the Williams 1Line Mobile bookmark until the following menu appears: Version April 3, 2012

24 Select Add shortcut to Home. An icon will appear on the Android device s home screen. When selected, this icon will navigate directly to the 1Line Login screen. Version April 3, 2012
