Widget Table Footnote Label Description 1 Defined Locations list The defined locations list shows a tree view of the hierarchical relationships between the levels of locations that the user has created. 2 Associated Documents list Displays the locations that are associated with the location selected in the Defined Locations list. 3 Quick Add Location action link Opens the Quick Add Location secondary window for the creation, placement, and association of documents for a single new location. 4 Add Associated Documents action link 5 Add Multiple Locations action link Opens the Browse window to allow the user to select documents to associate with the location selected in the Defined Locations list. Opens a window exactly like the Quick Add Location window, but titled Edit Location, that allows the user to modify the Location Name or Nesting location. Deletes the location(s) selected in the Defined Locations list. 9 Import Locations action link Executes the importing of a location structure that was manipulated within MS Excel. 10 Export Locations action link Executes the export of the current location structure for manipulation within MS Excel. This field should default to the location selected on the Defined Location list on the Project Issue Locations page if one was selected. Widget Table Footnote Label 1 Add button Description Creates a new, blank recurring Project Issue for the current project. 2 Users need the ability to copy recurring issues from one project to another. This will help alleviate the need to constantly recreate or rekey the same recurring issues from project to project. Users will filter the list down to the recurring issues they want to copy and click the Copy to... button. This will open the Project Selection modal window to allow them to select a destination project for the recurring issues. Page 14

22 Footnote Label Description Status 1 Save as Recurring button Saves the current issue and the appropriate entered values as a recurring issue. Subject must be unique within the given form type. If subject is not unique, display an error message informing the user. Display a success message at the top of the page once the issue is saved as recurring. 2 Allows for the user to select a recurring issue template to apply to this new issue. Page 22
