1 As a customer, how do I create a Work Order to report an Equipment Malfunction? Steps in the screenshots correspond to the numbers in the headings. 1. Log in to the efactorypro Customer Portal. URL: Login: your 3-digit site number Password: City (First letter capitalized) Page 1

2 2. Click the Create Work Order button in the middle of the screen. 3. Choose "Yes" from the drop-down to answer the question "Are you Reporting an Equipment Malfunction?" 4. Because you have selected "YES", the only option you have is to select a piece of equipment. Page 2

3 5. Click Select to bring up the search screen. You can search by the Asset ID or Description. Click on the desired equipment to highlight and load the information. If this is the the equipment that you are looking for, simply click the select button. Page 3

4 If you want to check to see what work orders have already been put in against this machine, click on the double page icon next to the wrench in the upper right corner. All open and closed work orders will be displayed. The newest will be on the bottom, the oldest on the top. 6. You have the ability to change the equipment status. If the machine is UP, you can leave it as UP by choosing "No Change." You can choose Reduced, and a malfunction start time will be stamped. If you choose "Down", a malfunction start time will be stamped as well. 7. Fill in the information in Panel 3. Choosing Safety Related will raise the Priority of the Work Order. Requires Immediate attention will raise the Priority. Updates will send you notifications when notes are added to the Task and when the Work Order is Closed. Page 4

5 8. Whether or not you've selected that you want updates, you must enter the First and Last Name of the person requesting the work. As each site uses a generic login, it is important to enter the requestor's information so that technicians can follow up with any questions they may have. 9. The Team will default to the one assigned for the specific piece of equipment you selected. Page 5

6 If this field ever comes up blank, please choose the team named with your 4-digit site number followed by -ATS (0443-ATS). This is the team with all the technicians at your site. 10. Enter a Description of the work to be done. This is a 256 Character field. Be as specific as possible as this is the only place where you can tell our technicians what they need to repair. 11. Add additional information. Information entered here will automatically populated in NOTES. This is a much larger text field than the description, and can be edited by you after the work order is entered. Page 6

7 If you miss a mandatory field at any time, you will receive a warning and will not be able to proceed to the next screen without completing the necessary information. 12. Once all fields are completed, click the green checkmark to submit. If you wish to cancel the work order, select the red X instead. If you wish to cancel out of the work order during any point of the creation, there is always a red circled x in the upper right hand side which will cancel your progress and return you to the home screen. 8 13. You will receive a confirmation stating that your work order has completed successfully. The Work Order number will be listed. Click view if you want to you want to check the Work Order Summary Details at this point, or click the Customer Role or the efactorypro logo to return to the home page. Page 8
