5 Beneficiary Sample By January 8 th ACOs should have received their beneficiary sample which includes: The ACO s beneficiary samples for each measure, Each beneficiary s rank order number in each measure, The TIN or CCN at which the patient received the most care, and 3 NPIs from whom the beneficiary received the most care. 14 CMS Web Interface Reports The CMS Web Interface contains three reports: Measure Rates: Displays an in-depth breakdown of your progress on each of the measures for this year. Activity Log: Records the different types of activities your team has performed in the CMS Web Interface Data Confirmation: Only available after the submission deadline (March 16, 2018). Serves as the receipt for your final submission giving you a high-level overview for each measure where you have met the minimum. 23 Reminders and Tips Set up your EIDM accounts and roles and sign in to confirm you can access the CMS Web Interface Download your beneficiary sample Take advantage of the test period from January 8, 2018 to January 19, 2018 Download data entry from the test period before the CMS Web Interface transitions to the submission period Review reports to ensure complete reporting by the reporting deadline (March 16, 2018 at 8pm Eastern Daylight Time) Remember there is no Submit Data to CMS selection.
