Design Controls Provide additional workflow building tools when in design mode. These are hidden when not in design mode to simplify the application and reduce visual noise.

6 Right Control Panel Why? Usability Simplifies the workflows, increases help documents, better access to settings, and better instructions. The Right Control Panel is that resource hub.

7 Hardware Drop Downs Meter we have integrated feedback about the hardware and one click access to things like initialize meter. Source we have added many new features to sources including the ability to pull out a pop-up pattern window that can be dragged to any monitor connected. Display/Processor

8 Hardware Drop Downs Display/Processor in the new display hardware section we have added integrated DDC controls. When you are connected to a display or processor that supports DDC you will get easy access one-click drop-downs for full control of any and all settings. These DDC controls can also be pulled off as their own separate window.

11 CalMAN Master Help Constant Help button Additional info on Gamma, Color Gamut, advanced topics, etc. Why? One of the most comprehensive and largest collections in the world of display calibration resources. This will provide anything from definitions of calibration & color terminology to diagrams of how our eyes work & see color. No longer will you need to scour the internet, you can simply find it in CalMAN Master help.

12 Design Mode Provides all of the tools to create, modify, and save Workflows and Reports in CalMAN 5. Enabled in Workflow Advanced Options, Alt-D shortcut, and/or by right-clicking on the workflow title in the Left Control Panel. Requires CalMAN Ultimate or CalMAN Enthusiast.

Depending on what key you install you will have a customized experience specific to you. Speed The application loads faster even though we have added many new features. You can now use the product while it loads layouts in the background.

17 Overall Performance/Usability Improvements Stability The development team has written thousands of lines of code to improve the applications stability & improve functionality. SpectraCal has worked closely with a closed beta team for months. CalMAN 5 has also undergone major testing in real life situations in multiple markets on large scale. Usability Great lengths have been taken to make the product easier to use. Customers have spoken & the development team has listened.
