1 MICROMD EMR VERSION The following fixes and/or features have been added to MicroMD EMR Version for this maintenance release: Log ID 14859: Menarche information displays correctly in Menstruation History. Log ID 15041: Both EMR and PM can now be automatically open in a maximized state. Log ID 15829: This is a Results Only EMR interface (update to the lists) Log ID 16095: Provider s credentials now print with the provider s name under the Next Appointment area. Log ID 16288: Medicare G Codes are now available to be added to an encounter. Log ID 16628: In the Encounter information review window, immunization codes will remain visible while scrolling through scheduled dates on the right. Log ID 16808: When assigning attachments to lab orders, the only available orders will be those created within the last 6 months. Log ID 16886: Forwarded prescriptions can now be deleted by the forwarding party. Log ID 16892: The Assigned To: status will now be saved in the Cliniguide. Log ID 16896: Client-added patient education can now be renamed. Log ID 16911: Referral print out now retrieves insurance based on policy number. Log ID 16923: Charts merge correctly regardless of login name length. Log ID 16932: Label Change in Common List Builder from Quick Text to Quick Text RX Log ID 16940: Drop-down menus in Social History display multiple items. Log ID 16943: The insured info from the PM will correctly show in the EMR view of the PM Patient info. Log ID 16974: Table pm_referring_doctor works smoothly between the EMR and the PM. Log ID 17005: Encounter forms are editable by a user even after a provider has opened it. Log ID 17011: In Patient Chart > Medical Information > Medical > Medications; Medication Other Category, the Terminate button works as expected. Log ID 17139: Alternate row shading on client test results make them easy to read. Log ID 17141: In the vital signs fields, inches are converted to feet automatically. Log ID 17148: All immunization queries work correctly in returning data with no duplicates. Log ID 17173: The pharmacy list has been updated with the newest and correct names. Log ID 17176: Updating to 8.1+ from older versions does not cause errors in the databases. Log ID 17187: When tabbing, the cursor will stop on all fields by correct order. Log ID 17190: The text editor is working correctly when in an encounter wizard. Log ID 17191: All immunization queries work correctly in returning data with no duplicates. Log ID 17222: Screening and Prevention templates are applied to a patient s chart correctly. 1

2 Log ID 17230: The create order flag is working as designed. Log ID 17263: Performance has been greatly improved. Log ID 17278: The Recorded By field is now based upon the transcription flag. Log ID 17283: Order descriptors have a capacity of up to 255 characters. Log ID 17298: The Date of Birth displays properly in the Edit Lab result window. Log ID 17299: Change history correctly reflects information for prescriptions, long-term medications and other medications. Log ID 17300: Order Status for labs matches what is on the lab order screen. Log ID 17301: The Patient Monitor will load per the settings in User Preferences. Log ID 17302: When opening the attachments window, all labs that are pending and less than 180 days old will be seen in the Available Orders. Log ID 17317: When using an encounter wizard with a Cliniguide attached and that opens a second Cliniguide, all lab items load correctly on the Plan tab. Log ID 17325: The Provider filter is now available for all users. Log ID 17331: All test results when using a device will show up on the provider s desktop. Log ID 17332: Hover text is available on all tabs of a patient s chart. Log ID 17348: All referring providers in the PM will be inserted into the EMR record. Log ID 17351: After upgrading to 7.7.2, all lab orders are displayed in the chart. Log ID 17354: Clinigration codes have been adjusted to avoid NAK messages. Log ID 17356: Changing a temporary patient appointment to a permanent patient will resolve the appointment under scheduled visits as well as unidentified items. Log ID 17379: There is no limit on clinics with addresses in the EMR Manager. Log ID 17401: If a chart is set (through User Preferences) to open on the encounter tab and there is a lot of information in the encounter, a scroll bar will be present so all of the information can be displayed. Log ID 17405: Multiple encounters are able to be copied simultaneously. Log ID 17412: Providers now receive reminders on medications and prescriptions. Log ID 17447: Fix issue with report "Prescription based on ingredient" to pull data Log ID 17466: Medications listed in the Medical Information window from an encounter ribbon will display the complete end date in mm/dd/yyyy format. Log ID 17485: When creating new patients in the PM, insurance information will be visible in the EMR. Log ID 17510: Mail status is shows correctly in both the list window and the report window. Log ID 17517: The Cardiovascular Screening report correctly calculates the weight and height of each patient. 2

3 MICROMD PM VERSION The following fixes and/or features have been added to MicroMD PM Version for this maintenance release: Log ID 16843: The total Hawaiian / Pacific Islander box for non-hispanic patients will calculate properly. Log ID 16851: Patient names appear on all deposit slips if needed. Log ID 16908: All permission settings in the Collection module are working as expected. Log ID 16978: All clinical data in the EMR is updated in the PM for all patients accessed during the day. Log ID 17226: Prescriptions for all patients are viewable in the PM. Log ID 17249: When selecting effective plan dates, it is not necessary to tab off of a field before saving. Log ID 17305: Correct appointments appear in the appointment reminder. Log ID 17326: In the Location Day view, he appointment view will filter down to only those providers with the selected locations Log ID 17344: Proper form types are selected when checking eligibility from the appointment schedule report. Log ID 17468: Data window retrieval has been rearranged to accommodate large patient id numbers. Log ID 17502: When dragging an item from the clipboard (when making appointments, for example) and the dragging crosses multiple windows, automatic refresh of windows is temporarily suspended until the dragand-drop is complete. 3

4 MICROMD INTERFACES VERSION The following fixes and/or features have been added to the MicroMD Interfaces Version for this maintenance release: Log ID 16928: Summit Interface. Results are processed as expected. Log ID 16967: Quest Interface. Barcode scanner works with new barcodes containing a smaller font. Log ID 17132: Medcity Lab Interface. A column has been enlarged to allow PDF capabilities. Log ID 17266: Sentara Labs Interface: Panels specifics where two panels have same AOE questions have been modified to allow for separate answers on each of two panels with same AOE questions. Log ID 17274: Sentara Lab Interface. Exported AOEs will be placed right after the correct OBR. Log ID 17308: EMR Manager. On the In-House Labs tab in the House Settings, you can now import by right-clicking and selecting the Import option. Log ID 17369: Labcorp Interface: Orders are dated correctly when using the new option Plan for Future Date. 4

5 MICROMD DMS VERSION The following fixes and/or features have been added to MicroMD DMS Version for this maintenance release: Log ID 13603: Individual pages of a PDF can be printed using the Page Print option. Log ID 17621: Annotated attachments are faxed from the EMR with the correct annotations. 5
