1 List of Lifepoint Changes 9/1/16-2/17/17 Date Revision Case / Description Project 9/2/ SC24124 The message that displays on the User Mode / User Profile page when a user tries to enter a new password that has previously been used, has been updated to display in red at the top of the page. This was done to make it more obvious to the user. 9/2/ SC18871 The Pending Orders / Not Received report has been updated to display if the order is a STAT priority. 9/2/ NS6038 The Assign Insurance to Foreign Lab function has been updated to display the Lab the Insurance is currently assigned to. 9/6/ SC26842 A confirmation message has been added when deleting a Physician or Test from the database. 9/6/ SC64409 The issue of being required to change a sub-user's password, when you were only editing their access settings, has been 9/6/ NS5782 The issue with the ABN printing the primary insurance name, when Medicare was the secondary insurance, has been The ABN has been updated to display the name of the insurance that medical necessity checking was done for. 9/6/ NONE The issue when rescheduling an order from the Standing Orders Overdue List, that was causing the frequency to no longer display on the Patient History screen and the Expiring list, has been 9/6/ NONE The Quick Order functionality has been corrected to not automatically add the patient's Standing Diagnosis when editing a Quick Order. 9/7/ SC25899 The Activity Logs / Add On list has been updated to include the patient name. 9/8/ SC64718 When changing the user's User Name via the User Profile function in User Mode, it was not validating the Password that was entered. This has been 9/8/ SC64718 The User search functionality has been updated to include updated usernames in the search. 9/9/ SC39910 The ability to sort the Manifest by Room Number has been added. The ability to sort by Unit has also been added if the client displays Unit on the Manifest List. 9/9/ SC64718 The status messages on the User Mode / User Profile / General page have been updated to be more consistent in size and style with similar pages. 9/12/ SC45880 The PSC User functionality has been updated to not allow the PSC user access to the Abnormal Results list and the Pending Orders In-Progress list. 9/13/ SC60634 The background image has been removed from the Standing Orders Overdue List and Expiring List pop-ups. The background images were interfering with the readability of the screen. 9/15/ SC64048 The issue that was causing the Tertiary Insurance to not display on the requisition has been 9/19/ NS6501 The Admin Mode / List of Existing Sub-Users has been updated to include the sub-user name that is entered on the Demographics tab. This was done to make user identification easier. 9/20/ NS6501 The Activity Logs / Abnormal Results Report has been updated to include the Reference Range.

It has been updated to display /21/ SC65041 The issue of a timeout error being generated, when a large number of tests were selected on the Common Tests screen, has been 9/22/ NS6501 The issue with the Activity Logs / Top 50 Tests and Top 50 Dx Codes reports, that was causing the reports to not display all items for a Super-User, has been 9/26/ SC64972 The Expiring Standing Orders List has been updated to show both Reschedule and Cancel options when updating a Standing Order. Previously it was sometimes only giving the option to Cancel. 9/28/ SC65252 The issue with not using the default number of copies entered for the user, when printing unprompted pdf reqs, has been 9/30/ NS6501 The Standing Order Reports 'Print' version has been updated to display as 'View/Print'. This was done to make it clear to the user that they could view the list without having to print it. 10/4/ SC65365 The Report Delivery and Copy To Physician 'Other' options have been updated to accept a '#' sign in the free text box provided. 10/4/ SC64964 The Add/Edit Patient suffix option has been updated to display the suffix in all places in the portal that the patient name exists. 10/5/ SC65335 The Top 50 Dx Codes Report has been updated to display through the current date. Previously it was only displaying through yesterday. 10/5/ SC65603 Medical necessity checking has been updated to correctly handle lowercase diagnosis codes. 10/5/ SC65577 The Inbox has been optimized to run faster. 10/5/ NONE The issue with the option to have a Physician filter on the Inbox page, that was generating the error 'PHYSCLMNE is undefined' when selecting a physician from the dropdown, has been 10/5/ NONE The issue with the option to have a Physician filter on the Inbox page, that was causing the physician filter dropdown to be empty, has been 10/6/ SC65335 The Top 50 Dx Codes report has been updated to allow for different spacing between the Dx code and the description.
