2 Introduction This release note contains information regarding the January 2019 Release. This document provides important product information that may not be covered in the product manuals such as new features, upgrades, and problems fixed. 4 Upgrading to the January 2019 Release The upgrade process for this Release is completely automated. You will not have to spend time redeploying the software to take advantage of these new features. Fixed in the Current Release Fixed an issue related to the legacy service ECHOshare that was resulting in an Oops error when navigating to the integration page Fixed a bug that was causing intermittent Hyper-V backup failures Fixed an issue that was causing agent installation to fail if a command line argument was manually used incorrectly Fixed an issue where Hyper-V backups with VMs in a Saved State were failing when some amount of data was both created and deleted in between backups Fixed an issue where Physical Imaging Rapid Recovery backups were failing when a SQL database access via a Network Path was included Fixed an issue where VMware backup sets could not be edited due to the VM storage being offline Fixed an issue where backup sets could not be edited from the portal when network throttling was set to 0 Fixed an issue where manual deletes initiated from the portal could not remove data from disconnected sources Fixed an issue where the Media Creator fails to generate if the user has a space in the name Fixed an issue where OneDrive errors were falsely being thrown for backup sets that did not have OneDrive data included Fixed an issue where the Exclude databases made after editing SQL backup set option was not working properly Fixed in the Previous Release ECHOplatform Tech and Tech (Cannot Delete) user types now have more appropriate management privileges in the corresponding product portals Fixed an issue where deleting files would not prompt for user confirmation Fixed an issue where the Privacy Policy link in the ECHOplatform was pointing to the wrong page Fixed an issue where long File & Folder Backup Set names were not being truncated properly Fixed an issue where Hyper-V Rapid Recovery backups were forcing fulls erroneously Fixed an issue where a non-backup threatening VSS space error was being thrown when it did not need to be Fixed manual stray file delete UI issues Fixed an issue where SQL databases were allowed to be included in more backup sets than they were supposed to be
