1 Changes for VEO Process Engine Release The latest release adds support for additional process configuration using the new VEO Process Engine. This document will walk you through some of the major changes in various VEO applications, including VEO Mobile, VEO Web, and VEO Viewer. 2 VEO Web Users can now track the due date and subcontractor for all issues, as well as see the complete history of issue updates Users can now select an issue type (ex: FoB or NNC) from a single issue creation view Checklist Detail View has been revamped Users must now set location to "none" when no location is specified Miscellaneous bug fixes and UI improvements VEO Viewer Improved response time while switching projects Users can turn off model visibility from a selected object Archive Library file information can now be copied to your clipboard Users can export a project s tag information to a CSV file Fixed a bug that made the close button invisible on certain open documents Miscellaneous bug fixes and UI improvements VEO Excel Plugin For admins: Locations are now managed outside of asset tables. This is currently managed by M-SIX; please contact your account manager for more information. 3 VEO Mobile What s New New Login Screen New Project View Offline Mode versus Online Mode We have changed how users enable offline mode. We ve also changed how you identify when you re online or offline. New Action Menu Action One location to access all available actions (ex: New Inspection, Update Issue, Print ) VEO Process Engine Release Changes 3

5 Online vs Offline After losing connection, VEO Mobile now attempts to reconnect automatically when an internet connection is available. If you want to stop automatically reconnecting (often due to job site internet access), tap the Go Offline button. After going offline, you can reconnect automatically when you need to sync your changes Stay in offline mode Updates Available When VEO detects you have project updates available, the Settings menu Flashes with a Down Arrow. Tap the arrow to Accept Updates. Project Changes W hen VEO detects you have project changes to save, the Settings menu Flashes with a n Up Arrow. Tap the arrow to Publish. 7 Archive Adding Attachments from the Archive Attachments can be added to many records in VEO Mobile. Attachments can be viewed or added by tapping the Attachments icon. How to Add Attachments 1) Open your Issue, Inspection or Checklist 2) Tap Attachments 3) Tap New Attachment 4) Tap File from Archive Library 5) Navigate to the file you wish to attach. 6) Tap each document, adding a 7) Tap Link 8) On the Confirmation Screen, tap Done Toggle between list and tile view VEO Process Engine Release Changes 7
