3 1 General Information AutoForm plus R6.0.3 is the third released patch version of AutoForm plus R6 and is available for download on our website from March 11, Since soon license files based on the AutoForm plus Stand-alone R6 licensing model are not going to be available anymore and AutoForm plus R6.0.1 is not capable to read new license files based on the new licensing model introduced with the release of AutoForm Forming R8, the AutoForm plus R6.0.3 patch has been developed in order to enable AutoForm plus Standalone R6 to read those new license files. This patch replaces the defective patch AutoForm plus R There are no changes in AutoForm-Solver plus in relation to the previous patch version which means that simulation results are identical to those of AutoForm plus R6.0.1! AutoForm plus R6.0.3 is a cumulated patch, i.e. it contains all changes and fixes that have been introduced with the previous patches R6.0.1 and R Please also refer to section 3 Release Content. The compatibility of data files between AutoForm plus R6 and AutoForm plus R6.0.3 is bidirectional, meaning that data files created with AutoForm plus R6.0.3 can be processed in AutoForm plus R6 (and all R6 patch versions) and vice versa. NOTE: Despite of the availability of the AutoForm plus Stand-alone R6.0.3 patch AutoForm strongly recommends to directly update to AutoForm Forming R8 in order to benefit from our latest enhancements and keep up with the times! If you wish to keep on working with AutoForm plus Stand-alone R6 you need to install this patch right away! Release Date: March 11, Release Notes

4 2 Installation Instructions Front-End and Back-End Windows Prerequisites The Windows patch installer updates a few files of the previously installed AutoForm plus R6. The patch installer will not change any configuration (installation folder, license server configuration, etc.). NOTE: It is essential that all AutoForm plus R6 applications are closed before starting the patch installation! Download of Installation Files 1. Start AutoForm plus R6. 2. Right click on title bar of AutoForm plus R6 window and select the command Check for Updates. 3. AutoForm Software Updates download page is opened in the internet browser. 4. Select the link to download AutoForm plus R6.0.3 Windows 64 bit patch installation file. Installation 1. Download the installation file AutoForm^plus R6.0.3 Patch Installer EN.zip as described above. 2. Log in using an administrator account. 3. Unzip the installation file. 4. Execute file AutoForm^plus R6.0.3 Patch Installer.exe. 5. Select Install in the Welcome dialog. 6. Depending on your user account control level, you are asked for administrator privileges. 7. After the patch installation is finished, quit the installer by clicking on the Finish button. 3 Release Notes

Download of Installation Files Open AutoForm Updates download page in your internet browser: 1. AutoForm Software Updates download page is opened in the internet browser. 2. Select the link to download AutoForm plus R6.0.3 Linux 64 bit patch installation file. Installation 1. Download the installation file AFplus_R6.0.3_Remote_Linux64_Patch.tar.gz as described above. 2. Login in as root 3. Create the AutoForm installation directory (in the following /opt/autoform/afplus is assumed to be the installation directory, but any directory will do) mkdir p /opt/autoform/afplus 4. Copy the archive into the AutoForm installation directory: cp AFplus_R6.0.3_Remote_Linux64_Patch.tar.gz /opt/autoform/afplus 5. Unpack the archive in the AutoForm installation directory: cd /opt/autoform/afplus tar zxvf AFplus_R6.0.3_Remote_Linux64_Patch.tar.gz 6. 6 3 Release Content AutoForm plus Stand-alone New Features The version R6.0.3 does not contain any New feature. Modified Features (modified with R6.0.2) Licensing Compatibility with AutoForm R8 license files AutoForm license files based on the new licensing model introduced with AutoForm Forming R8 could not be read. The capability to read these new license files was added. Fixed Bugs Report Manager No Update of Blank Page Blank Page got no data when creating or updating Report Manager Template.
