7 1 Introduction 1 Introduction This document explains about the procedure of installing IM-Workflow English Contents. 1.1 Glossary intra-mart WebPlatform/AppFramework intra-mart WebPlatform/AppFramework English Contents intra-mart Server Manager intra-mart Service Platform Storage Service Abbreviated in this document to IWP/AFW. Abbreviated in this document to IWP/AFW English Contents. It is a server which manages the whole system. Abbreviated in this document to imsm. It is a main body of server for starting up services. Abbreviated in this document to imsp. It is a service which manages files. Abbreviated in this document to StorageSrv. 1.2 Prerequisites Before Installing IM-Workflow English Contents on your system, please confirm the following prerequisites: IWP/AFW (including IM-Common Master) has already been installed. IWP/AFW Patch 2 or the newer has been applied. IM-Workflow has already been installed. IM-Workflow Patch 2 has been applied. The character encoding of the server module of IWP/AFW and IM-Workflow has been installed with UTF-8. The character which transmits to the web browser of the IWP/AFW IM-Workflow has been installed with UTF-8. IWP/AFW English Contents (including IM-Common Master) has already been installed. IWP/AFW needs Advanced or Enterprise for BPM versions. It cannot be run on Standard version. In addition, please have the background knowledge about the environment of the usage of this product before installing. It is recommended to check the followings before installing: Composition of the intra-mart server The directory in which IWP/AFW has been installed The contents directory of the Storage Service (storage by default) Free space of the disc Created by: NTT DATA INTRAMART CORP. 10 intra-mart English Contents Setup Guide 3 Installation 3.1 Installing IWP/AFW (including IM-Common Master) For installation of IWP/AFW, refer to intra-mart WebPlatform Setup Guide or intra-mart AppFramework Setup Guide attached to IWP/AFW. For installation of IM-Common Master, refer to IM-Common Master Setup Guide attached to IWP/AFW. For installation of IWP/AFW Patch (including IM-Common Master), refer to readme.txt and history.txt attached to the patch. IWP/AFW Patch 2 or the newer need to be applied. Applying the latest patch is recommended. 3.2 Installing IM-Workflow For installation of IM-Workflow, refer to IM-Workflow Setup Guide attached to IM-Workflow. For installation of IM-Workflow Patch, refer to readme.txt and history.txt attached to the patch. IM-Workflow Patch 2 or the newer need to be applied. Applying the latest patch is recommended. 3.3 Installing IWP/AFW English Contents (including IM-Common Master) For installation of IWP/AFW English Contents, refer to intra-mart WebPlatform/AppFramework English Contents Setup Guide attached to IWP/AFW English Contents. If any IWP/AFW English Contents Patch has been released, it is recommended that the latest patch is applied. 11 3 Installation 3.4 Installing IM-Workflow English Contents If any patch for IM-Workflow and IM-Workflow English Contents have been released, it is recommended that the latest patch is applied. For installation of a patch, refer to readme.txt and history.txt attached Starting up and operating the installer Procedures to start-up and operate the installer are as follows. Windows Environment 1. Check if there is a path to java.exe command. 2. Use Explorer and move to a directory in which CD-ROM of this product is located. 3. Move to im_workflow/install directory. 4. Double click setup.jar to start. 5. Installer screen will be displayed. 6. Configure the settings items on the Installer screen, and click the [Next] button. Repeat this process until step (7). 7. Lastly, a list of settings items will be displayed. If everything is OK, click the [OK] button. (if not, press [Prev] button to re-configure) 8. Installation will start. Solaris or Linux Environment 1. Check if there is a path to java command. 2. Move to a directory in which CD-ROM of this product is located on the console. 3. Move to im_workflow/install directory. 4. Key in java -jar./setup.jar on the console. 5. Installer screen will be displayed. 6. Configure the settings items on the Installer screen, and click the [Next] button. Repeat this process until step (7). 7. Lastly, a list of settings items will be displayed. If everything is OK, click the [OK] button. (if not, press [Prev] button to re-configure) 8. Installation will start Notes on installation The followings are the notes on input items needed for installation. Directory to save Storage Service contents This means root directory of Storage Service contents. By default, this is storage, a directory in which IWP/AFW is installed. 17 4 Initial data import 4 Initial data import 4.1 If IM-Workflow and IM-Workflow English Contents have been installed concurrently Log-in as the System Administrator, and from the [License] screen perform Initial data import of IM-Workflow Set Up Module. 4.2 If IM-Workflow English Contents has been installed after performing initial data import of IM-Workflow * If IM-Workflow English Contents is to be additionally installed after starting operation with IM-Workflow. In order to use samples of IM-Workflow, samples of IWP/AFW and IM-Common Master are required to have been imported. 5.1 If IM-Workflow and IM-Workflow English Contents have been installed concurrently Log-in as the System Administrator, and from the [License] screen perform Sample data import of IM-Workflow Set Up Module. 5.2 If IM-Workflow English Contents has been installed after performing initial data import of IM-Workflow Sample data import cannot be performed.
