3 GET THE ELLUCIAN GO APP Search for Ellucian Go in the App Store on Apple devices or Google Play on Android devices. The app should be the first result. Install this application and then open it as you would any other application. Only and Android devices are supported at this time. Android

4 CHOOSE ACM AS YOUR SCHOOL Many schools are using Ellucian Go to provide mobile services to students. Select Allegany College of Maryland from the institution list. It should be available on the first screen or you can type Allegany in to the search to find it. Android

5 SIGN IN Touch a button at the bottom of the home screen or touch the menu icon in the upper left to see the full menu of features. Sign In by touching any menu option with a lock. Use your WebAdvisor login name and password to access the app. You do not need to have an ACM student account to view many of the available features. Android

6 ELLUCIAN GO MENU Touch the menu icon in the upper left to see the full menu of available features. Go to page 16 of this guide to see details about each section. The Campus Information and Social Media sections are available for all users and you do not need to have an ACM student account to access that information

7 REGISTER FOR COURSES Touch My Registration in the navigation menu to register for courses. Select the Term and then enter a keyword, phrase, or course number and tap Search. This will search the available courses. Scroll the list of results for ones that interest you. Android

8 REGISTER FOR COURSES The Course Code, Course Title, Instructor, Credits, Time Slot, and Available Seats are listed in the results list. : Tap on the Arrow to view additional details on that course. Android: Tap anywhere on the Course Text to view additional details on that course

9 REGISTER FOR COURSES The Additional Details screen displays all the details of that course to help you decide if it fits your schedule or if it is needed to complete your program of study. Android

10 REGISTER FOR COURSES Once you find the course(s) you want to take, it is time to add it to the cart. Tap the radio button to the left side of the course to select it. This will display an Add to Cart banner at the bottom of the screen with a count of the selected courses. When finished tap that banner to add those courses to the Cart. Then tap OK to confirm. Android

11 REGISTER FOR COURSES To remove a class that is in the Cart tap the arrow for ios devices on the right of the course to view the course details. Then tap the Trash Can at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Remove to confirm. For Android devices tap anywhere on the course text to view the course details screen. Then tap REMOVE in the upper right of the screen. Then tap OK to confirm removing the course

12 REGISTER FOR COURSES Now that you are ready to register, tap the radio button to the left of each course to select it for registration. This will display a Register banner at the bottom of the screen, much like adding it to the cart, with the count of the number of courses you will be registering for. Tap on the Register banner and a pop-up to confirm Registration will appear. : Tap Register to complete the registration. You will receive a confirmation message to your student . Android: Tap OK to complete the registration. You will receive a confirmation message to your student

13 MY SCHEDULE Tap My Schedule in the navigation menu. This screen will load the courses for the current term. Tap on the Terms button to adjust that option. Tap on the course to view a detailed schedule

14 MY GRADES Tap My Grades in the navigation menu. This screen will load the courses and grade information for the current term. Tap on the Terms button to adjust the semester you are viewing

15 MY FINANCIALS Tap My Financials in the navigation menu. This will load the screen to view the current balance for your account and details on payments that have been made

16 ACADEMICS My Grades Allows a student to view midterm and final grades about the courses they are taking. My Schedule Allows the schedule of registered courses to be viewed. My Registration Allows students to search for available courses of a term and register for them. My Notifications Displays the list of push notifications ACM has sent to your account. My Financials Allows a student to view their financial statement from ACM

17 CAMPUS INFORMATION Campus Map Displays map information for the ACM campuses. Select the campus by tapping the Campus text at the bottom right of the screen. Buildings for that campus will be marked with pins, which can be tapped to view more information. Tap on the Information icon by the building name to view a photo and get directions to that location on campus. Campus News Displays the current news the college has published. Campus Events Loads calendar information of various activities and events for ACM. Important Numbers Displays Administrative and Emergency Contact information. Directory Loads the contact information for Faculty and Staff

18 SOCIAL MEDIA Tap on any of the social media titles to view ACM s information posted on those platforms. Facebook Twitter YouTube LinkedIn Instagram

19 ACTIONS Home Takes you back to the home screen for ACM. Settings This screen allows you to access the App settings for Location Services, Calendars, Notifications, and Security settings. About This screen provides contact information for the college. Switch School This allows you to switch to a different school that also uses Ellucian Go. If you select the wrong institution, this allows you to return to the main screen that is presented when the app is opened for the first time. Sign Out This logs you out of the Ellucian Go application
