1 U9 Talk DDNS Server Instruction -- Cloud Intercom

2 Install Software 1. Install the software U9TalkServer DDNS V1.33 Download link 2. Double click the shortcut of the software to run the DDNS Server. (exit password: 5678) 3. Setting the IP Address for the Server. (If the server on public network, set it with fixed IP)

4 IP Setting 3.1 Setting the Talk Server IP with local network, same as PC IP address

5 Database Setting 4. Setting the project database, Area No. Building No. Unit No. Floor No. Room No. Extension No.

6 Database Setting 4.1 After setting the project info, click the Create button to create the detail database

7 Edit User Data 4.2 Double click each room data, can manually edit it. Select the Enable Extension, it will allow the outdoor panel call the indoor monitor and mobile APP Ring at the same time.

8 Database Backup & Restore 5. Setting the project database, Area No. Building No. Unit No. Floor No. Room No. Extension No. You can backup the database and import the backuped database by the Restore button

9 IC Card Configure 6. Connect the IC Card Reader to the PC (USB IC Card Reader), and prepare the IC Card. Press the Add button to configure a new IC Card

10 IC Card Configure 6.1 Edit each IC Card data Put the IC Card to the USB IC Card Reader, the IC Card Number will automatically input here, edit the Card type and Card holder and Save it.

11 IC Card Configure 6.2 Download the IC Card database to each building outdoor visit panel. Choose each building outdoor panel, and download the relative IC Card info

12 System Upgrade 7. Download the IC Card database to each building outdoor visit panel. Remotely update the software for the outdoor panel and indoor monitor

13 Outdoor Panel Setting 8. Power on the outdoor visit panel, connect the RJ45 network cable. After connect to the network (router) this icon will show connected. Choose the local IP Setting. Enter the setting menu, the default password is:

14 Outdoor Panel Setting 8.1 Setting the IP address of the outdoor panel. DDNS Server Setting and. Building configure Auto obtain the IP from the Router, input the parameter same as Router

15 Outdoor Panel Setting 8.2 Configure the DDNS server for the outdoor panel, and setting the building number. Input the IP address of the DDNS talk server (local IP as or public network IP) Auto obtain the database from the DDNS Server, and choose the right Building Number to configure. Select the type of this outdoor panel, building or unit outdoor panel.

16 Indoor Monitor Setting 9. Connect the indoor monitor to the network (router) by WIFI or RJ45 cable. After the Wifi Connected, this icon will display. Enter the Setting Menu to Set the DDNS Server

17 Indoor Monitor Setting 9.1 Configure the DDNS server for the indoor monitor, and setting the room number Enter the Project Setting menu with the default password: Enter the DDNS Setting Menu to Set the DDNS Server IP address

18 Indoor Monitor Setting 9.2 Manually input the DDNS server IP Address Input the IP address of the DDNS talk server (local IP as or public network IP)

19 Indoor Monitor Setting 9.3 Enter the Automatic Settings, and setting the building number Auto obtain the database from the DDNS Server, and choose the right Building Number to configure.

20 Indoor Monitor Setting 9.4 Setting the floor number for each indoor monitor Auto obtain the database from the DDNS Server, and choose the right Layer Number to configure.

21 Indoor Monitor Setting 9.5 Setting the Room number for each indoor monitor Auto obtain the database from the DDNS Server, and choose the right Room Number to configure.

22 Indoor Monitor Setting 9.6 Get the QR code for the Mobile APP configure After configure the DDNS server and setting the Room number for the indoor monitor, it will show the details on the Configuration Menu. Click the name of the apartment number to get the QR Code for the mobile APP configure

23 Mobile APP Configure 10. Install the Cloud Intercom mobile APP Cloud Intercom V If select the extension, it will open the Camera to scan the QR Code from the indoor monitor to configure. Run the APP Enter the Setting Menu Input the DDNS Server: xx.xx.xx.xx same as indoor monitor Select the Mobile as the Host or Extension

24 Mobile APP Configure 10.1 Auto obtain the database for the Mobile APP configure Configure the Host with the right Building number Select the right floor number Select the right room number Touch the Button: Monitor the door from the main menu

25 Mobile APP Configure 10.2 Mobile APP configure, call to the outdoor panel. From the APP can call and Monitor the Outdoor panel. From Outdoor panel can call mobile APP directly if setting as Host, or call the indoor monitor and APP at the same time if setting as Extension. Records for Calling and Answer
