4 Instroduction Section Operation environment Instroduction Section Software installation Configuration Requirements. Operation system: Windows 7 or above;. Resolution:04 * 768 or above; 3. If the screen resolution is less than 04*768, when starting the software, a hint will pop up (Resolution is below 04*7. Please adjust the resolution). Step : Press "NEXT" to enter Picture.. 5 Instroduction Step 3: Click Rebuild The Database and press " NEXT " to enter Picture.4. Press " NEXT " to start the installation. Instroduction Section 3 Software startup Before start the management software, please make sure the database MYSQL5.5 or above software is on/installed. Double click to enter picture.6 login interface. Choose user name ( There is only administration when first time entering to the software, and the password is: admin ) and then enter the password. Press go button and enter the main interface as Picture.7. Press to exit the startup. General list Picture.4 Picture.5 Notice: For the first time installation, click Rebuild The Database and press " NEXT ". Center database will be created automatically in the computer. When installing the same software again, and do not want to overwrite the original data. Do not click Rebuild The Database. Step 4: When the installation is completed, Picture.5 will pops up. System setting Change user permissions Choose Change permissions and enter to Picture.6. After the modification, press "SAVE". Picture.4 Picture.5 Change user password Choose Change password and enter to Picture.5. After the modification, press "SAVE". Delete account Picture.6 Picture.7 Select the accounts to be deleted. Press Delete account and Picture.7 will pop up. Press Confirm to delete all the selection. Please remember the administration password. If forgot this password, it cannot login to the administration account. The administration account holds all the permissions and cannot be modified or deleted. All other users permissions are modified by the administration account

Section Advanced adding Click in the Main Interface on page5 and Picture 3. pops up. Press ADD to enter Picture 3.. First step: Create community structure tree. Picture.8 Picture 3. IP address is computer IP address. The software will set it automatically in general. After new IP address is set, the program will be required to start again. 9 Step: Create community name Enter the full name or abbreviation of the community.press " NEXT" to enter Picture 3.3 for step. Step 3: Set unit range Enter block start number and the number of block in one building. Click "Next" to enter Picture 3.5 for step 4. Picture 3. Step : Set building range Enter building start number and the number of buildings (according to the actual situation). Click "NEXT" to enter Picture 3.4 for step 3. Picture 3.4 Step 4: Set block outdoor station range Enter the number of outdoor stations of one block in one building (set according to the actual situation). Click "Next" to enter Picture 3.6 for Step 5. Picture 3.3 Picture
10 Step 5: Set floor renge Enter the start value and the number of layers of floor (set according to actual situation). Click "Next" to enter Picture 3.7 for step 6. Step 7: Set indoor monitor range Enter the number of indoor monitor in each apartment (set according to actual situation). If the apartment installs a second confirmed outdoor station, please click on the "add small outdoor station". Click "Next" to enter Picture 3.9 for step 8. Picture 3.6 Step 6: Set room range Enter the start value of each apartment and the quantity of apartment. Click "Next" to enter Picture 3.8 for step 7. Picture 3.8 Picture 3.7 Picture
11 Step 8: Set wall outdoor station range Enter the start value and the number of the outdoor stations on the community fence (set according to actual situation). Click "Finish" button to enter Picture 3.0. Click on the "Creat" button to generate community tree structure as Picture 3.. Node selection Picture 3.0 Picture 3. After the tree structure is built as Picture 3., it will appear on the main interface. Expand the tree diagram. If related device (such as wall outdoor station, outdoor station, indoor monitor) has been connected, they are displayed in black in the tree structure. Otherwise, they are in red colour
12 Section Add and modify node Shown in Picture 3., the structure is generated. To add or independently modify the node, follow steps below: Add building and unit notes In Picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) the directory where you want to add a node (eg: Main directory).. Click to enter Add Node interface as Picture 3.. Select "Other" icon. Enter abbreviation name of the node (such as building 6). The system will automatically fill in the full name (required to check the Auto).. Then choose an icon in the "Icon setting". Press "New" button to add node. Picture 3. Icon can use the system default icons, or the customized ones (Get picture). The picture is recommended to use png format, 64x64 pixels
13 Add wall outdoor station note In Picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) the directory where you want to add a note (eg:main directory).. Click to enter Picture 3.3 to Add interface. Click the "Wall" icon.. Enter 4-digit machine number in "Position setting", such as 00 (00 indicates wall outdoor station. This address can be set in the wall outdoor station). 3. If click the auto setting of the name setting, the full name and abbreviation name will be displayed according to the position setting. Custom setting is available. Then press NEW to finish the adding of wall outdoor station. Add outdoor station note In picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) the directory where you want to add a note (eg: unit). Click to enter Picture 3.4 to Add interface. Click the "Outdoor" icon.. Enter 4-digit building number, -digit unit number and -digit machine number in "Position setting". If click the auto setting of the name setting, the full name and abbreviation name will be displayed according to the position setting. Custom setting is available. 14 Add indoor monitor note. Click to enter Picture 3.5 to Add interface. Click the "Indoor" icon.. Enter 4-digit building number, -digit unit number, -digit floor number, -digit room number, and machine number(-digit,0 is main monitor, - 9 are the number of extension indoor monitor) in "Position setting". If click the auto setting of the name setting, the full name and abbreviation name will be displayed according to the position setting. Custom setting is available. 3. Enter resident information, and press NEW to finish the adding of indoor monitor. In picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) directory where you want to add a note (eg: unit) In picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) directory where you want to add a note (eg: unit). Click Add small outdoor station note to enter Picture 3.6 to Add interface. Click the "Small door" icon.. Enter 4-digit building number, -digit unit number, -digit floor number, -digit room number, and -digit machine number in " Position setting". If click the auto setting of the name setting, the full name and abbreviation name will be displayed according to the position setting. Custom setting is available. 15 Add guard station note In picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) the directory where you want to add a note (eg: community main list).. Click to enter Picture 3.7 to Add interface. Click the "Management" icon.. Enter 4-digit machine number in "Position setting". If click the auto setting of the name setting, the full name and abbreviation name will be displayed according to the position setting. Custom setting is available. Then press NEW to finish the adding of guard station. Modify note. In picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) the note you want to modify(eg: community main list, building, unit, outdoor station, indoor monitor).. Click to enter Picture 3.8 to modifying interface and modify the name and icon. After the modification, press SAVE to confirm, or press CANCEL to cancel the modification. **** Picture 3.8 Picture
16 Section 3 Delete node. In picture 3. interface, select (community tree structure) the note you want to delete (eg: community main list, building, unit, outdoor station, indoor monitor).. Click to enter Picture 3.9. Press CONFIRM to confirm the deletion, or press CANCEL to cancel the deletion. Section Send message Select (residential tree structure) node in Picture 3. to receive information (such as building ), and then press on the right corner and Picture 4. pops up. Edit the message in the box. Press "Send" button to send a message to all households in building. If only one indoor monitor in the note, there will be only one house to receive the message information, and so on. Picture 3.9 When you delete a selected item (node), you also delete its subdirectory. Picture
17 Section Monitor wall outdoor station or outdoor station Select (residential tree structure) node to monitor (such as wall outdoor station or outdoor station), and then press in Picture 3. and Picture 4. pops up. Move the mouse to, and it will change to. Press the icon again to cancel monitoring. Monitoring time is up to 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the screen will shutdown automatically. Picture
18 Section 3 Call indoor monitor Select (residential tree structure) the indoor monitor to be called by clicking its icon. The indoor monitor is called and when somebody picks up the call, press and Picture 4.3 pops up. Move the mouse to, and it will change to. Press the icon to cancel monitoring. Talking time is up to minutes. After minutes, the talking will end automatically. Picture
19 Section 4 Alarm processing When the indoor monitor sends alarm signal to the management center, the system will pop up as shown in Picture 4.4- alarm list. The upper right corner icon will blink and the lower right corner will show speaker icon with warning sound. After the indoor monitor cancels the alarm, the alarm icon stops blinking, and the speaker icon will disappear automatically. In the "Alarm List", the red icon indicates the current alarm events. The green icon indicates the indoor monitor has cancelled the alarm. Click on the item and enter the processing conclusion. Press CONFIRM and the event will disappear from the alarm list. Processing conclusion of the alarm event can be found in the "Alarm Log Query". Picture
20 Section 5 Search equipment Search equipment from tree structure (indoor monitor, outdoor station, wall outdoor station). Click in the main list in Picture.8. Picture 4.5 pops up. Select the classification of the device and enter the machine number. Then press #. The system will switch to main interface automatically. The machine is chosen in the tree structure. Section 6 Network connection status Click (community tree structure) the machine (indoor monitor, outdoor station). Click and Picture 4.6 pops up. There are equipment network connection IP address, server address, gateway address. Click "Confirm" to exit. The classification of the device 000 Check machine number Picture 4.6 Delete key Check key Picture 4.5 Indoor monitor inquiry number is 0 digits (4-digit Building No + -digit Unit No + -digit Floor No + -digit Room No). Outdoor station inquiry number is 6 digits (4-digit Building No + -digit machine No) Wall outdoor station inquiry number is 4 digits
21 Section 7 Check picture memory Click on the top of the main interface in page 5, and Picture 4.7 pops up. Check the pictures taken from outdoor station or wall outdoor station.. Click the time from START to FINISH.. Select one outdoor station (only one in a time) in the outdoor station list. Press SEARCH. 3. The query result is displayed in the box below. Click the list in the box. 4. The image will be shown in the upper left. Section 8 Repair processing Click on the top of the main interface in page 5, or when the indoor monitor sends message to management center and requires repair service. Picture 4.8 pops up. Click the event of repair in the household repair processing interface. Press CONFIRM, and the system will automatically return a confirmation message to the indoor monitor. A confirmed repair information will disappear automatically. 4 3 Picture 4.8 Picture
22 Section 9 Remote unlocking When the wall outdoor station or the outdoor station calls the management center, management center will ring tones (connected with speakers). And also shows the image from the wall outdoor station or the outdoor station. Click to unlock the door. Section 0 Intercom Section Machine log Click (residential tree stucture) the equipment (indoor monitor, outdoor station, wall outdoor station). Then click. You can check the device "Connection status", "Network settings" "Name settings", "User information", "Information", "Alarm" and other related log information. When the wall outdoor station or the outdoor station calls the management center, management center will ring tones (connected with speakers). Click icon to pick up the call ( for indoor monitor; for outdoor station). Section Lock program Press on the top of the main interface in page 5. Picture 4.9 pops up. Press CONFIRM and Picture 4.0 pops up. To resume operation, enter the correct password and press CONFIRM. Picture 4. (outdoor station, wall outdoor station) Picture 4.(indoor monitor) Connection status: Recording network connection of the machine. Network settings: Recording network setting of the machine (Such as: Device IP, server address changes, etc.). Picture 4.9 Picture 4.0 Name settings: Recording name modification of the machine
23 User information: Recording the corresponding updates user information of the machine (user name, telephone changes, etc.) Information: Recording all kinds of information case of the machine (such as: information sent by the management center, repair information, etc.) Section 3 System log Click on the top of the main interface in page 5. Picture 4.3 pops up. Check user status. Alarm: Recording alarm time, the processing status and handling conclusions and so on. Picture
24 Section 4 Date and time Click the date and time in the lower right corner and Picture 4.4 pops up. After setting the time and date, press OK to save the change. Picture 4.5 Section 6 Exit Picture 4.4 Click on the top of the main interface in page5 and Picture 4.6 pops up. Press CONFIRM for the EXIT process. Press CANCEL to stay in the system. Section 5 Logout Click on the top of the main interface in page5 and Picture 4.5 pops up. Press CONFIRM for the logout process. Press CANCEL to stay in the system. Picture
25 Access control functions Access control functions Section IC card access control function Click ( IC card access control management icon ) on the main interface ( Picture.8 ) Picture 5. pops up - IC card operation interface. After the authorization card is issued successfully, you need to swipe on every outdoor station for password synchronization. 3 Picture 5. Issue system authorization card. In Picture 5., choose the COM port for the password of the authorization card. Enter any number (from 0-54) in the 6 text boxes (-6) separately. After 6 text boxes are filled with number, place the IC card on the IC card reader which connects to the PC. Press WRITE to complete the setting. Write and modify access control address Click "ACCESS CONTROL" and switch to Picture 5.:. Click the outdoor station to write or modify access control number.. Enter the access control address in the text box (access control address is set in the outdoor station setting). Press NEW and the process is completed
26 Access control functions Access control functions 4. External independent station ( If the outdoor station connects to an external access control, make sure the card open the door, click the option box and enter the access control address on the right hand side. Use " ; " to separate different address, such as 0; 30; 50). 5. When the setting is completed, put IC card to the IC card reader. Click ADVANCED (for guard/admin) or USER CARD (for household users). The IC card information will be displayed in the text box. Picture Issue user card Press "USER CARD" and switch to Picture 5.3:. Read IC card number (Press the corresponding COM port, then put the IC card to the IC card reader.).. Press READ to read the IC card number. Enter the user card information (name, phone number and address). 3. Select access control address (when issuing user card, the maximum access control address for authorization is 5. When issuing admin card or guard persons' card, you do not need to set the address or choose the authorized access control address, because these cards are used for all the doors). 4 Picture
27 Set or cancel blacklist card Access control functions Click BLACKLIST. Picture 5.4 shows SET BLACKLIST or CANCEL BLACKLIST. Access control functions 4.Press SET or CANCEL BLACKLIST. Set blacklist card 4 Click SET BLACKLIST and Picture 5.5 pops up. Press CONFIRM and set card is completed. 3 Picture 5.5 Picture 5.4. Choose access control address (One access control at a time);. Select EXTERNAL INDEPENDENT STATION when the external access control requires modifying the blacklist. Then enter the access control address on the right. 3. Choose IC card (Search the keyword, such as card number, card holder' s name, phone number and address. Then select the relative information in the Drop-down menu. Click SEARCH. The result will be shown in the below box. Click the list in the box to choose IC card); NOTICE: Set or cancel blacklist card can be done by choosing one IC card at a time. Cancel blacklist card Click CANCEL BLACKLIST and Picture 5.6 pops up. Press CONFIRM and the cancellation is completed. Picture
28 Access control functions Log record Click LOG RECORD. Picture 5.7 shows Search Type: BLACKLIST CARD HOLDER'S INFORMATION SWIPE CARD RECORDS. Access control functions Section ID card access control Click on the top of the main interface (Picture.8). ID card operation interface as Picture Picture 5.7 Picture 5.8 Enter the START TIME and FINISH TIME, then select CONDITION TYPE and SEARCH TYPE. Press SEARCH. In Picture 5.7, the result will be displayed in the below box. Issue the ID card. Enter the card number (Enter directly 6-digit card number in the Card Number input box, or when connects to the ID card reader, choose the corresponding COM port, then click "Open". Swipe card on the card reader and the reader will read the card number).. Enter user information (name, phone number, address and notes). 3. Select authorization outdoor station (only select one at a time)
29 Access control functions Access control functions 4.Select external independent access control (when the outdoor station connects to an external access control, and it needs to issue ID card and to open lock, you can select the independent external access control function. Enter the appropriate access control address on the right.); 5.Add, delete and modify user information: Add card: Add the ID card information to the message box lower, be ready for the issuing; Delete card: Delete the ID card stored in the message box. Click on the box or click on the "select all card number" and choose information; Modify: After modifying the additional information, click the information in the box. The information will be displayed in the corresponding input box above, and after the modification is completed, press "Edit" to update the information; 6.Issue card number (select the card number to be issued in the information box. Click "start issuing" to start issuing cards. After the completion of the issuing card, the card number will disappear from the information box.); Recall historical data Recall historical data and see the adding record of the ID card of the outdoor station. Click the information of the outdoor station (only one at a time). Click "history" to read the corresponding historical data as Picture 5.9. Picture 5.9 Add multiple cards first and choose to issue them in the same time. Download outdoor station data Download the ID card authorization information of the outdoor station to the management software.. In Picture 5.0, click the data of the outdoor station to be downloaded (only select one at a time).. Press "Download" to download the authorization data of the selected ID card of the outdoor station and the information can be read in the below message box
30 Access control functions Access control functions 4 3 Search record Click "Log Record" to switch to Picture 5...Select the type;.select record start and finish time; 3.Enter the appropriate keyword (select the search criteria, such as household card number, name, address, phone number); 4.Select the outdoor station to be searched (only select one at a time); After selecting the outdoor station, click "SEARCH". All records will be displayed in the message box below. Delete ID card Picture 5.0 Delete the authorized ID card of the outdoor station. In Picture 5.0, after download the corresponding ID card data of the outdoor station, click the ID card data in the message box, 3.Then click "Delete cards" to delete the ID card. 3 4 Note: If the ID card is from independent access control, select the 4."Exteral independent access control" option, then enter the appropriate access control address in the input box on the right.
