1 These instructions assume you have completed SAP and Ingram ipage training and have both SAP and Ingram ipage log on IDs and passwords. Important Note: An additional processing and cataloging fee of $1.69 per book will be automatically added to all future library book orders. This fee covers the following previously free services: 1 spine label, 1 barcode, Mylar on the dust cover, and the MARC record for each book ordered. If your school does not want these services, you must contact Diane Hatzenbuehler with Ingram ( ) to have your account settings changed. Settings Make sure the following settings are enabled in your Internet Explorer (IE) browser. SAP is not currently supported with other browsers and may not work properly with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. IE 11 only: Make sure is added to your compatibility view settings. Click Tools (gear icon in upper right corner of window), select Compatibility View settings Fill in ccsd.net, then click Add Note: further settings instructions are for both IE 8 and IE 11. Make sure the Ingram ipage is put on your list of trusted sites Click Tools (gear icon in upper right of window), select Internet Options Click Security tab, then click Sites Ingram ipage through the SAP Portal_V04.docx 8/8/ / 7

2 Copy and paste (or type) this link in: Click Add Link has been added, click Close. Disable Require server verification ( for all sites in this zone If enabled, this may interfere with certain approval functions when going from ipage to SAP. a. Return to the Security tab, then select Local intranet, and click Sites b. Click Advanced c. Make sure Require server verification is not checked. Click Close. 3 Disable XSS Filter Return to the Security tab and click Custom Level. Scroll all the way to the bottom and check to make sure Enable XSS filter is disabled. Then click OK on Security Settings window and click OK on Internet Options window. Create List in Ingram ipage To order books through the SAP Shopping Cart you must first create your book list using the Ingram ipage website. Be sure to follow the ipage list naming convention illustrated below. Use the same name for your SAP shopping cart. Using this naming convention will assist Ingram in properly processing your library book order. Example names: 245 LR Project, 141 LR Birthday Books. 3 Digit Loc. Code Funding Source List Description Location Code LR LS LB LN Library regular budget Library state money Library bond (new/rebuilt schools) Non-district or other funds A word or two describing the order Once the list is created, if you are ready to submit your order, click the Price this List button to obtain current book availability and pricing. Note: Verify your order quantities and price your list before preparing your shopping cart. The list must be priced within 24 hours of SAP shopping cart submission. Log out of ipage. 4 Create CCSD Shopping Cart Log on to SAP and create a shopping cart. Change the name to the same name as the ipage list you created and priced earlier. Click Add Item, then select Library Books Log in to Ingram ipage Note: Do NOT check Remember my User ID & password Ingram ipage through the SAP Portal_V04.docx 8/8/ / 7

5 Locate the ipage list you created earlier. Click Lists or use Search. Click SAP Transfer to transfer the list back to SAP Click OK Ingram ipage through the SAP Portal_V04.docx 8/8/ / 7

6 The shopping cart is ready to order Clear Browser History Go to the main page, click Tools (gear icon Delete browsing history in upper right corner of window), then select Safety, and Make sure that the Cookies and website data option IS NOT checked. 7 Troubleshooting ipage does not work with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome At this time, only Internet Explorer is supported by SAP. ipage Price this List button is grayed out Reasons this might occur: 1. The user checked the ipage log on checkbox Remember this UserID & password. 2. User cannot price the list in ipage while logged on to SAP. 3. User is locked out when trying to price ipage list. See ipage SAP Transfer button disappears. ipage SAP Transfer button is grayed out Reasons this might occur: 1. The book list has not been priced. 2. The user is not logged in to ipage through SAP. 3. The user is logged in to multiple sessions of ipage. 4. The user checked the ipage log on checkbox Remember this UserID & password. ipage SAP Transfer button disappears SAP Transfer button was available, but then disappears. Disable the browser setting Require server verification ( for all sites in this zone. This might interfere with certain approval functions when transferring from ipage to SAP (IE 8 or IE 11).
