Google Chrome 1. Windows PC Click on the Customize button 2. Click on Settings Page 3 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
3. Click on Show advanced settings at the bottom of the page 4. Click on Content settings Page 4 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
5. If Block third-party cookies and site data is not selected, the e-statement single sign-on should work. You are finished! 6. If Block third-party cookies and site data is selected, click the Manage exceptions button Page 5 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
7. Enter in securedocview.net (without quotes) and ensure it is set to Allow and click Done button. You are finished! Page 6 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
Internet Explorer 1. Click on the Tools button 2. Click on Internet Options Page 7 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
3. Click on the Privacy tab 4. Click on the Sites button Page 8 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
5. Enter in securedocview.net (without quotes) and click the Allow button 6. Ensure that securedocview.net is set to Always Allow and click the OK button. You are finished! Page 9 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
Mozilla Firefox 1. Click the Open Menu button 2. Click the Options button Page 10 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
3. Click the Privacy button 4. If Remember history is selected, e-statements should work. You are finished! Page 11 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
5. If Use custom settings for history is selected, you will need to review the Accept third-party cookies setting below. If Always is selected: e-statements should work and you are finished! If From visited is selected: e-statements should work and you are finished! If Never is selected: Go to Step 6. 6. If Never is selected, you will need to set exceptions as directed below. 7. Enter grandbankoftexas.securedocview.net and click the Allow button 8. Ensure that grandbankoftexas.securedocview.net is set to Allow and click the Close button. Page 13 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
Safari for Mac 1. Apple Macintosh Click on the Safari menu tab 2. Click on the Preferences option Page 14 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
3. Click on the Privacy button 4. If Always allow is selected, e-statements should work. You are finished! Page 15 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
5. If Always block or Allow from current website only is selected, e-statements will not work. In order to use e-statements, you will need to determine what other setting you would like to use. 6. If Allow from websites I visit is selected, you will need to follow the steps below to add our site to your exception list. Page 16 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
7. Temporarily change the option to Always allow. 8. Navigate to grandbankoftexas.com, log in to online banking, and access your e-statement. Page 17 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
9. After you have successfully accessed your e-statement, click on the Safari menu tab. 10. Click on the Preferences option Page 18 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
11. Click on the Privacy button 12. You can now change the setting back to Allow from websites I visit. Page 19 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
13. Click on the Details button 14. You should now see securedocview.net listed and e- statements should work. You are finished! Page 20 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
Safari for ios (iphone/ipad) 1. Apple ios (iphone/ipad) Find the Settings icon and tap it. 2. Find the Safari option and tap it. Page 21 of 26 Rev. 01.29.15
