Software Announcement May 24, 2005 IBM Rational Computer Based Training and Rational Web Based Training now available through Passport Advantage Overview IBM offers more convenient ways for you to purchase Rational Computer Based Training (CBT) and Rational Web Based Training (WBT) classes. and Rational WBT offer basic training for many Rational products and introductory level training in the Unified Modeling Language. CBT and WBT are cost effective ways to obtain training on Rational products. Training is available when needed, at your own pace, and without the need to travel. The existing hosted WBT can now be purchased through Passport Advantage. When you purchase WBT through Passport Advantage you will be sent an authorization code which you can use to take any or all of the Rational WBT classes offered through IBM developerworks. You can also purchase the same classes as a product. When you purchase this product, you receive the same classes that are available on the Web. You can install the classes on a network or on a local computer. You will then be able to take the course without the need to connect to IBM developerworks.
