DOCUMT NO. 3 Windows PC / Notebook / Tablet 3.1 Preparation - PC / Notebook / Tablet with Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 and 10. - Windows XP is not supported. - Web browser: o Internet Explorer o Edge Browser o Mozilla Firefox o Google Chrome o Opera - Functioning Hardware- or Software-Token. - Admin rights on the used device. - Internet access. 3.2 Important information - A stable internet connection is recommended. This can be checked using the Connection Quality Indicator: http://access.ypsomed.com/index-dateien/citrix_indicator_.pdf 3.3 Installing the Citrix Receiver Download the supported version of Citrix Receiver (version 4.9.1000): https://www.citrix.de/downloads/citrixreceiver/legacy-receiver-for-windowsltsr/receiver-for-windowsltsr_4_9_10001.html This is only necessary on private devices. Ypsomed Notebooks already have the Citrix Receiver installed. Save Page 2 of 12
DOCUMT NO. Execute. After executing the Citrix Receiver file, the welcome window will appear. Click on the Start button to continue. A window with the license agreement will appear. Agree and start the installation process by clicking on the Install button. Page 3 of 12

From the Start menu And start Log in as follows: User name Windows / Citrix Password PIN + token code (hardware token or RSA app) Log On You can now choose between Citrix desktop and Citrix applications. DOCUMT NO. 3.6 Working with Windows 10 and Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer In Windows 10, there is no relevant difference concerning the installation and the log in process among the abovementioned browsers. For further information concerning the installation, the log in and the configuration, you can refer to chapters 3.3 and 3.4 respectively. 3.7 Working with Windows 10 and Google Chrome After the installation of the Citrix Receiver, proceed as usual by navigating to the Citrix log in website: https://portal.ypsomed.co m In Google Chrome you need to confirm that you re trusting this website. After the registration, click on your name in the top right corner, and then click Activate. Chrome will download a file, which you need to launch by left-clicking. This window will appear. By clicking Add, you confirm trusting this website. You can now launch the Desktop. For more information, refer to chapter 3.4. Page 11 of 12
DOCUMT NO. 3.9 Logging off correctly 3.9.1 Citrix Apps Close the application window as usual. 3.9.2 Citrix Desktop Following the correct logoff procedure is recommended. Screenshot Description Possibility 1 Right-click the Windows start button. Sign out. The Citrix Desktop will log off. Possibility 2 Left-click the Windows start button Left click on your name and choose Sign out. Click on your username. Log Off. Now you are logged off correctly. Page 12 of 12
