Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App and Multi-Factor Authentication This article refers to the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App version 0.9 or greater, on an Android mobile phone devices running Android 4.0.3 or greater. Download the latest Barracuda Networks application from the Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.barracuda.mobile Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App version 0.9 is not current supported on Android tablets. Multi-factor authentication (MFA), also known as two-factor authentication, is a security feature that requires two forms of authentication to access. Use the Barracuda Android Mobile App to generate a secondary authentication token. For more information, refer to Understanding Multi-Factor Authentication in. Initial Setup Use the following steps to set up the Barracuda Android Mobile App to generate a secondary authentication token for use when logging into a account where MFA is enabled: 1. On your Android device, download and install the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App from the Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.barracuda.mobile. 2. On your desktop system, log into, and go to the Home > My Profile page. 3. In the Multi-Factor Authentication section, click Add New Device; the Add New Multi-Factor Authentication Device page displays: 1 / 16
4. Enter a name for the device in the Device Name field. 5. Log into the Barracuda Android Mobile App on your Android device: 2 / 16
6. Upon initial login, you are presented with the setup page: 7. Tap Setup. A notification message displays: 3 / 16
8. Tap Scan QR Code. The scanner displays: 9. On your desktop in the Add New Multi-Factor Authentication Device page, select whether to complete the MFA setup by scanning the barcode or manually entering the secret code into your 4 / 16

3. Enter the generated token into the MFA Code field in the Home > My Profile > Multi-Factor Authentication page, and then click Save. 6 / 16

2. Locate the Secret Code in the Account > My Profile > Multi-Factor Authentication page on your desktop system: 8 / 16
3. Enter the secret code in the associated field in the Multi-Factor Authentication Setup page of your Android device: 9 / 16
4. Tap Continue. The token is generated: 5. Enter the generated token into the MFA Code field in the Account > My Profile > Multi-Factor Authentication page, and then click Save: 10 / 16
10. You can now use the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App to generate the secondary authentication token when logging into : 11 / 16
Change MFA Settings To access the MFA settings on the Android device, tap the Navigation Menu, and then tap Multi-Factor Authentication: 12 / 16
Deauthorize an Android Device Use the following steps to deauthorize an Android device from generating tokens for a Account: 1. Log into the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App on the Android device you want to deauthorize. 2. In the Multi-Factor Authentication page, tap Deauthorize This Device: 13 / 16
3. A warning message displays: 14 / 16
4. Click Deauthorize. 5. To completely remove the device from the account: Log into on your desktop system and go to the Home > My Profile page. 6.
