We also covered understanding your body in order to know your strengths and weaknesses and some Home Healing Principles that will also be helpful to gain a bigger picture and formulate a personal health programme for yourself. Having read through the Three Basic Principles of Well Being, look at ways you have already or can now integrate them into your current view on health and your life in general. Assess your current situation and use the boxes below to make a list of what changes you could make to your diet and daily regime by incorporating these techniques to assist the transition. Good: Fair: Poor: Your lifestyle and diet profile appear to be pretty sound but you may want to consider certain changes to achieve better results.
