Responsible for supervising the animation and character modeling departments and assigning all work. Reviewed and approved animation, blend shape creation, and facial rig implementation. I also directed the voice and motion capture recording sessions. Built the character animation and character modeling departments, recruited the animation and modeling teams, and integrated the new animation team into the existing pipeline.
