3 2. General 1. The TeleMessage products are integrated into the secure container on the device. 2. TeleMessage is tested and verified with MyAirwatch Our Android version is done using a wrapper and the ios version is done using the SDK. 4. The solution enforces security policies and protects devices using AirWatch authentication. 5. Securely stores user information and wipes it if device is compromised. 6. Integrates with other AirWatch apps to open documents. 7. Containerizes passcode access. 8. Overview Here is a step-by-step how to register users and sign into the app: Register new users from TeleMessage website (based on the same mobile number which you used to register them in AirWatch) Upload TeleMessage release to the AirWatch console (see notes below) Install AirWatch Agent on the device - use AirWatch username & password from Step 1. Install TeleMessage client (via AirWatch agent) (1) Android client with AirWatch wrapper or (2) iphone client with SDK Open the TeleMessage client. Enter AirWatch username & password from Step 1. Sign-in to the app using TeleMessage username & password from Step 2. NOTES: For iphone client, there are three options: 1. Collect all the UDIDs that are going to install the app, before we release their version. 2. (Best Option) Enterprise can resign our released version with their Enterprise certificate and upload it to AirWatch console. 3. (not recommended) TeleMessage can upload our released version with AirWatch SDK to the AppStore. For Android you will need to wrap our released version with AirWatch wrapper version and upload the wrapped version to the AirWatch console. 4. Supported Functions You can find below the supported AirWatch functions we tested and are actively using: 1.
