1 PRE-BID CLARIFICATIONS / AMENDMENTS IN RESPONSE TO THE QUERIES RAISED BY PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS IN THE PRE-BID MEETING HELD ON , 3.00 P.M. IN THE CONFERENCE HALL OF OSMCL FOR THE TENDER OF OT EQUIPMENTS. Bid Ref. No.: OSMCL/ /EQP-OT /07 Total No. of prospective bidders/ representatives present in the pre-bid meeting are: 13 (Thirteen). The queries raised by the prospective bidders on the above mentioned tender references were thread barely discussed and the following recommendations were made: Queries relating to Technical Specification (Item wise) Sl. Pt 8: May not have manual override function with pre-selector for all positions. Pt 10:360 rotating table top may not be available. Pt 24: Detachable polyurethane cushion may be of minimum 60mm thickness instead of 80mm thickness. All angular articulations may be clarified as per availability. Pt. 26: Patient orientation may not be required as longitudinal sliding has been asked. Pt 3: imported Y type sealing ring may be clarified. Pt 8 to 15: The type of articulations may be clarified. Waist board elevation may not be required as an Ortho table. Clarifications/ Amendments in response to the queries., However Tender quantity requirement is amended to 3nos. from 15nos. with amendment in EMD price as Rs.1,00,000/- for the particular item which to be furnished in technical bid. Should have reinforced five section radiolucent top. Should have manual facility to operate the table during power failure or system malfunctioning. Table top should be rotated 360 through base/wheels. Should be provided with detachable polyurethane cushion of minimum 60mm thickness with mattress on table top. Pt. 11, 13, 14 17, 18 is deleted. Patient orientation on both sides of the table top is not mandatory. Should be USFDA or CE approved model. CE certificate must be issued by a European notified agency. The line under pt.3 is deleted. Should have following table movements such as Trendelenburg, Reverse trendelenburg, Lateral tilt Back section, Head section adjustments etc. Waist board elevation/ Kidney elevation is not mandatory. Table With Head Frame Ceiling Mounted LED O.T Light (Triple Dome) with Camera (Item no.4) and Ceiling Mounted LED O.T Light (Double Dome) with Camera (Item no.5) Clarified The price break up of the C-Arm Compatible Ortho Table along with cost of each of the accessories mentioned in the technical specification should be furnished in the separate price schedule format (in PDF as Format-B). However total cost of the C-Arm Compatible Ortho Table along with the accessories must be quoted in excel price BoQ. Pt.6: Back rest extension may not have manual operation and removal facility. Patient load capacity may be 180kg. instead of 200Kg. Pt 10 (iv): Longitudinal slide of 300mm may not be mandatory for the table having asymmetrical base. Pt 10 (v)&(xii): Kidney elevator and leg up/down facility may not be required for a neurosurgery table. Standard Supply Accessories: Pt 1: May have 3 pin fixator head frame with head clamp fixation system. Standard Supply Accessories: Pt 6: Mayfield skull clamp may be corrected as skull clamp. No change Tender quantity requirement amended to 2nos. with amendment in EMD price as Rs.80,000/- which to be furnished under technical bid. Back rest extension& removability not mandatory. Patient load capacity with all articulation including sliding should be 180kg or more. Longitudinal slide of 300mm is not mandatory for the table having asymmetrical base. Kidney elevation, Leg up/down facility, Emergency stop facility is not mandatory. Radiolucent head frame is not mandatory however should have 4 pin fixator & fixing pins. The term Mayfield is deleted. Clarified The price break up of the Neurosurgical O.T. Table With Head Frame along with cost of each of the accessories mentioned in the technical specification shall be furnished in the separate price schedule format (in PDF as Format-B). However total price of the Neurosurgical O.T. Table With Head Frame along with the accessories must be quoted in excel price BoQ. The total quantity of requirement of Ceiling Mounted Led O.T light (Double Dome) with Camera (Item no.5) shall be added of 1no. Hence total requirement shall be 6nos. and EMD value for the item Ceiling Mounted Led O.T Light (Double Dome) with Camera (Item no.5) amended as Rs.1,80,000/- Should have USFDA or European CE approved model. Technical Specifications: Colour temperature maybe between range 4200 K to 4500 K. Integrated hour timer may not available. Red CRI (R9) may be less than 92. Should have variable colour temperature from 4000 K or above. Integrated hour timer for measurement of lamp usage is not mandatory. Red CRI (R9) should be atleast 90 or more. Page 2 of 5

LCD Monitor: Pt 1: May have full HD LED display monitor instead of LCD monitor. May have single dome instead of double dome. The model may be USFDA & CE approved. May have touch screen display only. Conductivity range may be 12.5 to 16mS/cm instead of 13.5 to 15.5mS/cm. May have patient information data of atleast 10 patients. Kt/v parameters may be measured. May be vertical steriliser instead of horizontal as requirement size is not so big. May have horizontal/vertical sliding door to open and close the chamber instead of only horizontal Focus area or light field diameter should be from 20cm to 25cm. Camera System: Should have integrated HD camera system with following features: a) Should be auto focus & auto iris camera. b) Resolution of minimum 1080 horizontal lines c) Minimum 30X Optical zoom & minimum 12X of Digital zoom d) Anti-flicker and auto focus e) Minimum illumination intensity of 12.0 lux f) Auto & Manual focus g) Location of camera in the centre of the light head should be inside handle or within the light head itself. h) Should have Remote control i) Camera control unit should include ON/OFF, auto/ manual focusing, HD-SD mode switching, image rotation j) Having video output of 1080i/50, 720p/50 k) Auto white balance l) 360 degree continuous rotation Should have full HD medical grade LCD display monitor compatible with the HD camera system and the recording system. Should have single dome light head. Conductivity range should be 12.8 to 15.5mS/cm. Should have treatment data of atleast 10 patients under patient history. Should have Kt/v monitoring.
