As with any product line, there are many quality levels available, ranging from high-end Royal Delft lines to low cost souvenir items. In the middle of this product range is the Screen Print delftware you see in this catalog. These made in the Netherlands products are produced using the higher volume screen printing process rather than the unique artistry of the true handpainted decoration. More detailed, and in some respects more beautiful designs can be made by the screen print process. However, the more automated production process means a lower cost for the purchaser.
