CREDIT CARDS TableCraft accepts credit card payments for Cash in Advance accounts only. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Minimum credit card order is $ MINIMUM ORDERS Minimum opening order for new accounts is $ and $ after account has been opened. ADDITIONS TO ORDERS Depending on the status of the original order, add-ons cannot be guaranteed. SHIPPING DATES Orders with a requested ship date are based on current production schedules. This is not a guaranteed commitment to ship on that date. Orders requesting next day or 2nd day air delivery must be placed prior to 11 AM CT. Same day shipments cannot be guaranteed. RETURNS Contact TableCraft to request a written return authorization. Return request must be received within 30 days of shipment from TableCraft. Goods must be returned to TableCraft within 30 days of return authorization in original cartons, full cases only. Returns must be prepaid and are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking charge. Credit will not be issued for discontinued products, custom items or any unauthorized returns. DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES Ownership of goods transfers at shipper's dock. Inspect shipment upon receipt. If carton count does not match Bill of Lading, sign Delivery Receipt short. All shortages and damages must be reported to TableCraft within 48 hours or your claim will not be honored. If loss or damage is discovered and Delivery Receipt is not signed short, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for collect shipments should be filed by 3rd Party Biller or consignee.
