7 As the long term associate of TVS Motor Company Limited, one among the largest TWO & THREE Wheeler Manufacturer in India, involving in the design, development, testing, pilot & mass implementations, conducting training programs for various projects since 1999 till to-date. Appointed as the Project Consultant by TVS for their Dealership Management System (DMS) development project, worked closely with the core development team of M/S. Mindtree Consulting Limited, Bangalore. Wish to share the details of some of the interesting projects we have done for TVS Motors.

8 Dealership Management System (DMS) The Dealership Management System (BlueFire) designed & developed by us was purchased by TVS Motors, one among the leading two wheeler manufacturing company in India with full IP rights. Appointed as the Implementation Partner for the DMS Project for TVS Motors to implement the DMS Application in all its Dealers across the Globe. Successfully completed implementations across the world and continuing for the upcoming dealers. Also involved in the Implementation & Training of ONLINE DMS, exclusively developed for the Authorized Dealers of TVS Motors.

SYSTEM - TVSCARE Designed and hosted our own Online Ticket Management System TVSCARE to support the DMS Implemented Dealers India & Indonesia (in English & Bhahasha) Running TWO Help Desks in TVS Factory HOSUE & NOIDA All the DMS Implemented Dealer are given an User Name & Password to login All the North & West Zone Dealers are attached with NOIDA HelpDesk and rest all attached with Hosur Help Desk On any clarification or errors in DMS, the Dealers has to login to the site and create a call describing their problem These calls will get flashed in the respective Help Desks and any of the Help Desk Technician can pickup the call and resolve it Any Call NOT Resolved within 8 hours will get escalated to TVS People With around 20 Lac records / calls the system is running successfully for the past 10 years Mobile : , Mail : gokul@macsinfosolution.com,
