Engineering College, Rajkot had organized STTP on Inside Android Phone: Hardware & Software from 8th to 12th August The Course content of this STTP was: Hardware: Basics of Mobile Communication. Tools & instruments used for Mobile Hardware. Basic parts of mobile phones. Introduction of basic circuit board/motherboard. Assembling & disassembling of Smart phones. Introduction of different IC's in smart phone. Working on SMD, IC's and PCB. Fault finding & Troubleshooting. Troubleshooting through circuit diagrams. Procedure for repairing different hardware faults. Shri Jayantibhai Gorasiya, an industrial expert, innaugurated the lamp enlightening by Mobile Phone via Bluetooth to the lamp which had been the eye catching highlight of the Inaugural function.

Enlightening was done through mobile Android App which enlighten the diyas Sessions Brief Description Day by Day Day 1 : Starts from introduction of Wireless Technology, the Internal Architecture of Basic Mobile Phone and Android Mobile phone was explained. Various Android versions available in the market was discussed. Day 2 : In the first session, various software tools that is used to upgrade the mobile phone was explained. In the second session, how to update the firmware in the mobile phone was practically explained. Day 3 : In the first session, Disassembling of varius mobile phones was practically demonstrated. All the participants had actvely disassembled various mobile phones. Then after in the second STTP 2016 : Organized By EC dept, VVPEC, Rajkot Page 4

5 session, Assembling of various Mobile phones and how to remove Touch pad was practcally demonstrated. All the participants had actvely disassembled various mobile phones. Day 4 : In the day four, troubleshooting of various mobile phones hardware point of view as well as software point of view was explained. All the participants ware actvely disassembled display through Display Removing Machine and assembled the same display in the phone. Day 5 : In the day five, how to perform the IC Rebolling on the Mobile Motherboard using IC rebolling workstation ware pactically demonstrated. Engineering College, Rajkot with the technical co-operation with Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd,. Total 40 participants from various Engineering Colleges attended this program. Among them, 2 were from Surat, 3 were from Vadodara, 13 were from Ahmedabad, 10 were from Gandhinagar, 3 were from various Industries and 9 were from Rajkot.
