3 Introduction myabl FonePay is Allied Bank s mobile payment app, an extension of myabl Digital Banking which is exclusively designed to simplify payment experience for myabl users. Allied Bank has launched this app in collaboration with a third party FonePay. myabl FonePay is offered to make payment process convenient for users so they can pay anywhere and at any time with their mobile phones. It allows myabl Digital Banking users to securely and seamlessly purchase products or services directly from their Allied Bank accounts without carrying cash or cards. With myabl FonePay users can pay at their favorite merchants by just scanning the Masterpass QR code. It allows users to buy evouchers of their favorite global brands including Netflix, itunes, Minecraft, Steam, Hulu, Amazon, etc. and pay for bus, movie or event tickets by using advance feature for seat selection while booking for a movie or bus. 3
4 Registration & Login If you are myabl Digital Banking user, then you are already registered for myabl FonePay app. Use the same myabl Digital Banking credentials i.e. Username and Password to log in to the app. However, if you are not yet registered for myabl Digital Banking, please download myabl Android or ios App or visit for registration. Login SMS Login Screen After successful login, you will receive following SMS from 9080 or 9225 on your registered mobile number. SMS Dear [Customer Name], You have just logged on to myabl Digital Banking on [Mar :32:59]. For any assistance, call
5 Device Update As an enhanced security feature, myabl FonePay app registers the Device ID of your smartphone with your profile at the time of first login. In case, if you log in from a different smartphone, the device ID of the smartphone will be compared with the one registered with your profile. If there is a mismatch a six digits One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number or address. Enter the OTP as shown in the popup below to authenticate yourself and log in using a new mobile device. Device Update Popup OTP SMS/ For (One Time PIN) OTP, you will receive following SMS or on your registered mobile number or address. You will receive the same for all features or transactions where OTP authentication is required. SMS 5

7 Biometric Login Both Android and ios users with fingerprint reader on their smartphones can avail this feature by simply authenticating through biometrics without entering User ID and Password. Register for Biometric Login First, you must get yourself registered for biometric login. Use Fingerprint (Android) / Touch ID (ios) option on the Login screen. As show below, enter User ID and Password, accept Terms, and Conditions and press LOGIN button to proceed with registration for biometric. 8 After successful authentication, a popup will appear asking to enable the Fingerprint/Touch ID on the device as in the screens below. Press ENABLE button to activate biometric login feature. Enable Biometric (Android) Enable Biometric (ios) Once biometric login is enabled, the app will ask to log in by placing the fingertip on the scanner/home button of the device. 9 Login with Biometric Authentication If you are already registered for biometric login, then a popup will appear on the login screen asking to place your fingertip on the scanner/home button of the device. If you tap cancel on the fingerprint/touch ID prompt, you can still login using your User ID and Password. Biometric Login (Android) Biometric Login (ios) Biometric Configuration Enable/Disable Biometric Login You can enable or disable biometric login from Settings option as shown in the Biometric Configuration screen above. Settings option is available in the left drawer/hamburger of the app. 9
10 My Accounts On the Home screen, use Accounts option or horizontally swipe to navigate to the Accounts screen as shown below. Select My Linked Accounts option to view, link or delink your Allied Bank accounts. Select an account from the list of your accounts fetched from the system. Enter 6 digits OTP received on your registered mobile number or address. On successful verification of the OTP, your account will be linked to myabl FonePay app. 10
11 Select Account Screen OTP Popup Alert NotificationPopup Set Default Account On My Linked Accounts screen, the account with check mark ( ) on the right top corner represents the default account. To set another account as default, use Make Default option. An alert popup will appear, acknowledge it to set your desired default account. 12 Delink Account To delink an account, use Delink option available with accounts linked. Acknowledge the confirmation popup and enter 6 digits OTP received on your registered mobile number or address. 14 Retail/QR Payments To pay at a merchant location, use Pay with masterpass option on the Home screen. You can pay either by scanning the QR code or by entering the Merchant ID. To enter Merchant ID, use input option available on the top right corner of the Scan QR screen. 15 Confirm transaction details on the Confirmation screen and proceed to enter 6 digits OTP received on your registered mobile number or ID. 17 Buy evouchers Using this feature, you can purchase Vouchers for different digital products such as Netflix, itunes, Minecraft, Steam, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Select Buy evouchers option from Home screen and select desired digital product from the evouchers screen. 20 Buy etickets Using this feature, you can book and pay for bus, movie and event tickets. Select Buy etickets option from Home screen to navigate to etickets screen. 21 Bus Ticket Select Bus Ticket option from the etickets screen to navigate to Travel Companies screen. Select the company with which you want to travel. On the next screen, select Departure and Arrival cities. Further select Departure Date and Time and number of Seats required. 24 On reaching the bus terminal, visit ticketing office and inform representative of confirmed booking and payment by showing your BID/Booking ID received in SMS/ . After verification, the representative will provide you physical tickets to onboard the bus. 24
25 Movie Ticket Select Movie Ticket option from the etickets screen to navigate to Movies screen. Select the movie which you want to watch and view its details. 31 Nearby Merchants Using this feature, you can search for merchants near you to avail amazing deals and discounts offered on payment through myabl FonePay. All the merchants you explore using this feature provide QR code at their physical locations or stores by scanning which you can pay directly from your Allied Bank account using myabl FonePay app. Open side drawer/hamburger of the app and select Nearby Merchants. 32 On Nearby Merchants screen you can view list of merchants with their addresses and contact numbers. Top portion of the screen displays the same merchants pinned on the map. 33 Filter merchants by selecting Category option available at the bottom left corner of the screen. Also, you can increase/decrease radius by using the button available at the bottom right corner of the screen to set the desired proximity in which you want to explore the merchants. You can either select SMS or or both to receive alert notifications for Login, One Time PIN (OTP) and Transaction Receipt on successful completion. It is a legal contract between Allied Bank Limited who is offering myabl FonePay and the Customer who is using myabl FonePay.
