View your ticket(s) on your mobile Digitally send your ticket(s) to family and friends if you can t make a game Print your ticket(s) to any home or office printer Season ticket holders have extra benefits that can be managed online: Exchange tickets prior to game Upgrade seats Redeem Buddy Passes and invite friends to join you at a game Managing your tickets through your Mavericks Account is convenient and secure and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats. Apple Wallet for iphone users: After viewing your tickets, tap Add to Apple Wallet and then, on the next screen, tap Add. PRINT TICKETS Desktop only (by using the Mobile platform the ticket will be scanned directly from the phone) Step 1: Login to My Kansas City Mavericks Account Step 2: Select the specific event on the dashboard. 6 SEND TICKETS Desktop Step 1: Login to My Kansas City Mavericks Account Step 2: Select the specific event on the dashboard. Click View All to see future games Step 3: Select Send, check the box for the seats you wish to transfer and Send Step 4: Enter the recipient s name and . You may include an optional message. 7 SEND TICKETS Mobile Step 1: Go to KCMavericks.com. From the menu, select STH Headquarters Account Manager Step 2: Log in using the primary address associated with your account Step 3: The next upcoming game will be listed first or scroll down to VIEW ALL. Tap on the desired game. 7 P a g e

Once they log in, there will be a notification on the top of the home screen indicating that they have a pending offer and will be able to receive the tickets at that point. What if I want to cancel and transfer and reclaim my tickets? From anywhere in the app, click on (the menu icon) in the top left corner and tap Dashboard. Scroll down to choose the desired game. If you have already transferred the tickets, you ll see the name of the person you sent the tickets to listed. Tap Edit/Manage to reclaim the tickets. 9 P a g e

10 After you Reclaim, you ll see a confirmation. How to Exchange Desktop Step 1: Log in Step 2: Select the game you want to exchange out of. From the dashboard, the next 4 upcoming games appear. If you want to select any game, click VIEW ALL. Step 3: While viewing the seats of the game you want to exchange out of, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and click Exchange. 10 P a g e

Click second: exchange button. The # in parenthesis is the number of seats you are exchanging.

11 Step 4: Under Select an action below to manage your seats, the option for Exchange seats should already be selected. Check the seat you want to exchange out of. Once that is checked, click on the orange exchange button in the top right corner. Click second: exchange button. The # in parenthesis is the number of seats you are exchanging. 17 How to Redeem Buddy Passes Desktop Step 1: Log in Step 2: Choose Buddy Passes from the menu at the top or Quick Links at the bottom. You will have 4 buddy passes per season ticket to use for a select 15 games. Step 3: While viewing the Buddy Pass tickets, click Exchange in top right corner. Step 4: Under Select an action below to manage your seats, the option for Exchange seats should already be selected. Check the Buddy Pass seat(s) you want to redeem. You can redeem all 4 at once for 1 game or 1 at a time for different games. You do not have to redeem all at once. If I only want to redeem 2 Buddy passes, then I select 2 seats and once that is checked, click on the orange exchange button in the top right corner. 17 P a g e
