The password associated with your profile when you log in from the web. The password associated with your profile when you log in from the phone. A specific password you assign when you schedule a meeting. If you schedule a meeting with a password, all users will need to enter the password in order to attend your meeting. OL
4 How to Change Your Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Passwords Changing Account Basics in Cisco Unified MeetingPlace The following table describes the restrictions associated with each Cisco Unified MeetingPlace password. Password Type Password that is used to log in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace through the Web. This password is associated with your user ID. Password that is used to log in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace through a telephone or by using on your Cisco Unified IP Phone. This password is associated with your phone profile number and is also referred to as your PIN. Meeting password. This password is specified by the meeting scheduler when scheduling the meeting. Restrictions Can contain up to 17 numbers and letters. Is case-sensitive. Cannot be blank. Must be the minimum length set by your system administrator. By default, the minimum length is five characters. Can contain only numbers. Cannot be more than 17 characters long. Cannot be blank. Must be the minimum length set by your system administrator. By default, the minimum password length is five characters. Can include letters or numbers or both. Changing Your Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Profile Passwords Before You Begin Read Password Restrictions in Cisco Unified MeetingPlace, page 3. Step 5 Sign in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace as a profiled user. Click Change Password. Change the applicable password on the Change Passwords page. User ID password refers to the password you use on the web. Profile password refers to the password you use on the phone. Click Submit when finished. 4 OL

Do the following procedure to set the system to prompt users for their profile passwords when they are dialed into your meetings. Step 5 Sign in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace. Click Meeting Preferences. Set Ask for Profile Password to Yes. OL
