This TAE40110 course will teach a myriad of training and assessment activities, including how to design and develop learning programs, use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs, and how to plan, organise and deliver group -based learning, as well as how to facilitate learning in the workplace. Additionally, you will learn many facets of assessment activities and processes. Training and Assessment is already considered a valuable qualification to many employers and organisations, and maintaining currency is absolutely essential if you wish to become a trainer at an Australian TAFE or Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This qualification will enable you to upgrade to the current competencies required to perform the role of a skilled enterprise trainer and assessor, an RTO trainer, or a training advisor in the workplace, and/or in a Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment. 5 BSZ40198-qualified professionals will be having variable units of which they can transfer across to the new TAE As a result, your professional experience combined with any course units completed during the BSZ Workplace Training and Assessment course can gain you a greater number of credits towards your new TAE40110 qualification. Note: Students must be able to demonstrate sufficient evidence of currency in training in order to gain the full 7 units of RPL for the BSZ40198 qualification. Where sufficient evidence of currency cannot be demonstrated, additional gap training may be required. RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within this qualification. This can include any previous training (formal or informal) of previous life or work experience. The RPL process is really straightforward, simply indicate on your enrolment form that you would like to apply for RPL and once your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive an RPL pack to help with evidence collection. 7 You may be able to gain up to 7 units (or more if you have vocational experience) towards your new TAE40110 based on your BSZ40198 qualification, provided the units you completed are equivalent, and that your vocational experience is current. Our RPL/upgrade specialist will be in contact with you regarding your BSZ Upgrade/RPL kit. Submit your completed RPL application kit which will include: A copy of your BSZ40198 Certificate, including the units completed * (Statement of Attainment) PLUS Evidence of vocational currency (e.g. 3rd party employer/associate report outlining your training/assessment activities) to ensure your training experience is up-to-date.
