Cancellation & Substitution Policy A student is free to cancel or reschedule a class ten (10) business days prior to the start date of the class. All tuitions paid shall be refunded within 30 days after receiving notice from student. If a student withdraws after the 10-day period, all tuition fees shall be refunded on a prorated basis, less a registration fee not to exceed $75. Rescheduling after the 10-day period will result at a cost of 25% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted for any student who fails to attend a course or cancels a course on or after the first day of the class. Courseware is nonrefundable once received. All course materials will be delivered at the beginning of the class. No refunds will be granted beyond 90 days from initial enrollment date for any class or package purchased. Unitek Technical Education reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or postpone any course should circumstances make it necessary.
