5 CSX Current state of Cyber Security In Q4 2015, ISACA and RSA Conference conducted a global survey of hundreds of cybersecurity managers and practitioners. Survey participants confirmed that the number of breaches targeting organizational and individual data continues to go unchecked and the sophistication of attack methodologies is evolving As the rate of incidents continues to escalate, the magnitude of related brand, reputation, and fiscal impact is driving organizations to address cybersecurity risks However, the current state of global cybersecurity remains chaotic, the attacks are not expected to slow down. Although enterprises continue to increase spending and effort on cybersecurity, survey respondents indicate that they struggle to fill positions with highly skilled workers: 60 percent of all respondents do not believe their information security staff can handle anything more than simple cybersecurity incidents ISACA s answer to Cyber Security skills shortage In April 2014, ISACA introduced Cybersecurity Nexus (CSX), the premier cyber security resource, providing a single, comprehensive source for performancebased certifications, networking, professional membership, training, and education.

7 ISACA Luxembourg members Number of members The number of members increased from 248 in December 2014 to 255 in December 2015 (+7) As of 31 December 2015, the number of certified members is as follows: 136 members among 255 are CISAs (53%). from 139 to 136 Note: local membership fees decreased in 2013 and remain at same level. from 15 to 15 from 49 to 55 from 25 to 30

He was board member of ISACA Luxembourg from 2006 to 2010 before he moved to ENISA in Greece. Since he is back in Luxembourg (2015) he has been very active and trusted advisor for ISACALuxembourg since 2015.

28 Conclusion Key points for 2016 are: 5 conferences 2 social event We pursued the collaboration with other local associations, in particular CLUSIL We increased ISACA visibility in the cybersecurity events organized on the place Our objective for 2016 is to increase the services to the members: more conferences covering most of the ISACA area s of interest (one per month); CISA training; CSX fundamentals training; Visibility of ISACA on the place (participation to local events, collaboration with other associations LIST, CLUSSIL, etc...).
