This annual Summer Course is always refreshed with the latest best practice and case studies. It s the perfect way to familiarise yourself with real-life business risks, and how to implement controls to reduce their impact and likelihood. Week 1 of this special program features the popular world standard on Risk Management (ISO 31000) and Business Continuity (ISO 22301) including a disaster drill exercise that enhances participants scenario planning skills. Week 2 (Mon-Wed) covers Information Security Management (ISO 27001) including cyber crime case studies and a data breach simulation game. The ISO exams are governed by the world wide established Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), providing you with the latest international credentials after passing the exam and getting global certification. * To earn the full 3 points, full 1½ week attendance and a case study postprogram is required. 4 Week 1: Risk Management & Business Continuity In week 1 (9-13 July), we will discuss generic Risk Management and Business Continuity principles, hear from international guest speakers on a range of relevant threats and study the ISO and ISO standards Highlights include: Risk and Crisis Communication Business Continuity & Contingency Planning best practice Simulation games Flood risks including forecasting Aviation risks including examples Risk calculation methods Supply Chain risk management World-class experts sharing their specialised knowledge ISO & ISO global standards covered in detail Includes two ISO exams (choose Foundation OR Advanced level of each), to obtain global certification & international recognition Exam training and up to 2 optional ISO exams (Foundation and/or Advanced)

5 Week 2: Information Security Management In week 2 (16-18 July), we will discuss Information Security Management including cyber threats, hear from international guest speakers on the latest developments and study the ISO standard Highlights include: Cyber Security case studies ISMS (Information Security Management System) approaches Information Security controls The ISO global standard An interactive security breach simulation game in teams A range of corporate and academic, national and international guest speakers and participants Exam training, sample exams and optional ISO certification exam (Foundation and/or Advanced) Includes the ISO exam (choose Foundation OR Advanced level), to obtain global certification & international recognition
