1 NOTE ON PERFORMANCE TESTING Permance Profile Sheet(s) are included in a mat that can be easily photocop ied trainee. Permance tests are designed to mea sure competency in s taught in module. Please e number of s to be tested while ting module. Each trainee should be tested all s ed Permance Profile Sheet(s). Permance Testing If Permance Testing is de as part of Natial Center Cstructi Educati and Research Standardized Craft Program, following cditis must be met: 1. The Craft Instructor must hold valid NCCER instructor cer ti fi ca ti craft being tested. 2. The training must be delivered through a Accredited Spsor recognized by NCCER. 3. For every module, specific permance must be completed to satisfacti of instructor. 4. The results of must be recorded Form 200. This m must be provided to local Accredited Spsor to be warded to NCCER Natial Registry. Certified Plus Credential Provided spsor is working through an NCCER-Accredited Assessment Center, candis who successfully pass permance may be eligible a Certified Plus Credential. A number of NCCER s Permance Profiles cross over to NCCER s Assessment Permance Verificatis and may be completed simultaneously.
