6 Campus Wide Work New Technology Infrastructure Provide new fiber backbone, data closet upgrades, wireless connectivity and projection capability at Ellis Elementary and the MS/HS.
7 Campus Wide Work Direct Digital Controls (DDC) for HVAC Campus Wide Existing system is outdated. Install new system to control new and existing HVAC systems including control valves and damper operators.

13 Ellis Elementary School Facility Provide new Hot Water Boiler to support Kitchen and Lavatory hot water demands outside of the heating season. (Review solar and thermal possibilities.)
14 Ellis Elementary School Facility Replace Ceiling and Lighting at Gym/Auditorium & Multipurpose Room
15 MS/HS Facility Provide EPDM membrane roofs at all areas where roofs are older than 2002 (approximately 68,000 SF). Work includes roof drain replacement.
16 MS/HS Facility Reconfigure Main Entry Space for Security
17 MS/HS Facility Replace approximately 110 single paned non insulated windows at HS wing with doubled paned insulated windows, screens and shades. Coordinate with unit ventilators and test caulk for PCB s.
18 MS/HS Facility Replace interior doors as required and ALL hardware for ADA accessibility and access control. Replace approximately 800 hall lockers at the HS.
19 MS/HS Facility Provide approximately 30 Unit Ventilators in the HS wing and relief air vents (involves relief air path replace louvered doors with solid doors.)
20 Transportation Facility Provide Storage Addition, Enclosed Wash Bay, Entry Vestibule and Covered Walk. Include roof gutter and snow guard replacement and unit heaters for storage addition. New Underground Fuel Station to replace existing. Storage shall accommodate magic salt.
