An Active Participant is defined as a person currently participating in the PDS system An Active Program is defined as a program that is active in NACCRRAware and is giving childcare Below is how the data was calculated to display on the graphs: X = Recorded data in dashboard Y = Number of active participants participating in PDS, or active programs where stated, for each Rate = X / Y * 1 Percentages = X / Y Page 11
