1 2011 Employer Group Training Certification Checklist (Page 1 of 1) All Producers who express interest in selling Aetna Group Medicare products are required to be trained, licensed and appointed with Aetna. All brokers and Aetna sales personnel who receive commissions and/or compensation must be re-certified each year in order to remain eligible to sell Employer Group Medicare products. Aetna's certification program has been designed to accommodate producers who would like to begin selling Employer Group Aetna Medicare products, as well as those who would like to continue selling Employer Group Aetna Medicare products. Beginning with certification year 2011 anyone selling Group Medicare (Producers and internal sales), must take the Product component of the training and the Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse course annually. Two certification tracks are available in the ALCx to meet this requirement for 2011: (1) For the Producer that has already taken the Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse module under the Individual Medicare training, they will need to select the checkbox to be directed to complete only the Product training module. The training is free and takes about hours to complete. (2) For the Producer who needs to take the Product and the Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse components of the training, they will leave the box unchecked and proceed through both training modules. The training is free and takes about hours to complete. The following pages provide step-by-step instructions for 2011 Employer Group Medicare requirements. To enroll in the appropriate track, the following is required: (1) If you have already taken the Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse module under the Individual Medicare training or the internal Aetna Learning Center (ALC), you will need to select the checkbox and you will be directed to complete only the Product training module. Producers associated with an Affinity Partner, Regional and/or National FMO should contact their GA to obtain the 9 character organization code to register. Direct Producers should contact the Aetna Broker Hotline and enter Aetna-111 for the site key code, then click Submit. 6. Enter Aetna-111 for the site key code 7. Click Submit

After successful login to the Aetna Learning Center (ALCx), in My Current Enrollments, click the Launch Course button to begin your training Aetna Medicare Employer Group Certification I Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training completed. 2. Click Aetna Medicare Employer Group 2011 (8915) in the course outline.

Click Refresh on the course outline page. 5. Click Mark Course Complete in the course outline i. Click to close the window ii. Click Refresh on the course outline page. 6. Certification is completed. No further action is required.

After successful login to the Aetna Learning Center (ALCx), in My Current Enrollments, click the Launch Course button to begin your training Aetna Medicare Employer Group Certification II Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training NOT completed. 2. Click Aetna Medicare Compliance and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse in the course outline. i. This course has a Mastery Test which requires a minimum passing score of 90% ii. After you have successfully read through and completed all of the content, click to close the course window. iii. Click Refresh on the course outline page.

After you have successfully read through and completed all of the content, click to close the course window ii. Click Refresh on the course outline page. 4. Click Mark Course Complete in the course outline i. Click to close the window ii. Click Refresh on the course outline page. 5. Certification is completed. No further action is required.

Login to the Aetna Learning Center (ALCx) Click My Transcript in the top navigation. Click Completed Satisfactorily in the final results column. Print the certificate by clicking the button in the lower left hand corner of the certificate window.
