1 Prerequisites 1 *Non-Newmont PC ONLY* If you are using any PC except your Newmont issued system, you must follow this step if you are using your Newmont issued system you can move to First Time Enrollment Make sure citrix.newmont.com and *.gslb.newmont.com is added to your trusted sites within IE Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites button Uncheck Require server verification ( for all sites in this zone Add these websites to the zone: citrix.newmont.com *.gslb.newmont.com Click Close Continue to step #2 2 *Non-Newmont PC ONLY* If you are using any PC except your Newmont issued system, you must follow this step if you are using your Newmont issued system you can move to First Time Enrollment Back in Internet Security, with trusted sites selected, move the slider bar all the way down to Low Click OK to close Internet Options Close your browser. Continue to First Time Enrollment

2 First Time Enrollment (first visit with no SecureAuth Certificate) or Re-Enrollment (expired certificate) 1 Open Login User name: USERNAME i.e.: or JSmith No Domain is needed, but will work if you prefer. Password: enter your password Note: if you find your username already filled out here, this means you already have a SecureAuth Certificate that is valid and the site has chosen to use that, if so you can move to the next set of instructions Normal Site Operation 2 Lacking a SecureAuth certificate you will instantly begin the enrollment process. Enter your username again only this time DOM\ is not allowed, you must only use your username. 3 Select how you would like to receive your one time registration code: Contact Helpdesk Also select if this is a Private (home or work computer) or Public computer (borrowed PC or internet Café, etc) 4 Either contact the Helpdesk or check your for your code

3 Prerequisites 5 Enter your code into the following screen using the buttons provided or your keyboard 6 Your username will be pre-filled-in, type your password and click Submit 7 Your SSL certificate will be enrolled into your browser automatically Close all Internet Browsers

4 Normal Site Operation (Visitors with valid existing SecureAuth certificates) 1 Open If you get prompted for which certificate to use see these instructions to fix this within your browser. Login User name: Note this is pre-filled in thanks to your SecureAuth Certificate If your username is not pre-filled in, then you do not have a valid certificate return to the previous step. Password: enter your password

5 Normal Site Operation (Visitors with valid existing SecureAuth certificates) 2 Welcome to the new Citrix Portal Applications you ve decided to Add are found in the middle of your screen (blue square) and can be launched from here. To add new applications, click the + symbol to the left (red square) To switch between Applications and Virtual Desktops click the appropriate button at the bottom of your screen (orange box) To search for applications use the Search box next to your name (purple box) 3 Applications launch as they always have after clicking.
