26 Important Features of iamt Real-time inventory The basic hardware inventory data is available in various system states. This includes information relating to the mainboard, processor, memory and installed hard disks and optical drives Remote on/off Working from the administrator console, the iamt client can be started or stopped, or a stop/start cycle can be performed, even if the operating system is no longer responding. IDE Redirection (IDER) IDER technology allows the IDE drives (floppy, CD, DVD and ISO image) to be "mirrored" on the iamt client.
