The technology should use advanced signal processing techniques and multiple transmit paths to optimize the signal received by a/g clients in the downlink direction without requiring feedback and should work with all existing a/g clients.

3 9 Access Point hardware must support legacy beam forming. 10 Must support Multiple In Multiple Out (MIMO). 11 Must support 40 MHz wide channels in 5 GHz. 12 Must operate as a sensor for wireless IPS 13 Wireless Access Point must support IDS/IPS function during local or remote mode. 14 Must support the ability to serve clients and monitor the RF environment concurrently. 15 AP model proposed must be able to be both a client-serving AP and a monitor-only AP for Intrusion Prevention services. 16 Access Point should support sniffer mode deployment to capture and forward all the packets from the clients on that channel to a remote machine that runs packet analyzer software. 17 Access Point should support remote AP mode where the Controller and AP are separated over WAN. 18 Access Point should support operating as a rogue detector, which allows it to be placed on a trunk port so that it can hear all wired-side connected VLANs 19 Access Points must support a distributed encryption/decryption model. 20 Should support e, WMM and WMM power save. 4 network location covered by the access point to get real-time Spectrum analysis data. 30 The Wireless AP should have Integrated spectrum intelligence to detect, classify, and mitigate RF interference from unauthorized wireless bridges or malicious devices. The Wireless AP should provide the highest-performance n connectivity for mission-critical outdoor networks by detecting interference from unauthorized devices, as well as common outdoor interference sources and wireless bridging products. The OEM should be an ISO-9000 and ISO certified company. Transportation: 1. Supplier is required to be under the Contract to transport the Goods to a specified place of destination within India, defined as the Project Site, transport to such place of destination in India, including insurance and storage, as shall be specified in the Contract, shall be arranged by the Supplier, and the related costs shall be included in the Contract Price. 2. Vendor has to make Payment and arrange Octroi, Waybill etc. applicable for transportation and delivery of these equipment. Warranty: 1. The successful Bidder will provide 3 year warranty for all the equipment supplied. Consortium: If the Bidder is not a manufacturer he should provide documentary evidence (e.g. Manufacturers Authorization Form) for having tied up with all the participating agencies. Tax and Duty Exemption: Bid Currencies: Payment: The Institute may provide necessary certificates for tax/duty exemption as applicable. Bids are to be quoted in Indian Rupees only. Payment shall be made in Indian Rupees for delivering, installing and commissioning the Solution. Payment will be done 100% against delivery and successful installation. Cancellation of Tender: 1. The Institute may cancel the tender processing at any point of time prior to the issuance of purchase order without assigning any reason whatsoever for unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. 2. The Institute may also cancel the tender processing for want of any participating Bidder or if all the participating Bidders fail to qualify eligibility in terms with technical or other reasons.
