1 Annexure -A SCOPE OF WORK AND MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS - Supply and Commissioning of Standard Router, Firewall and Online UPS of 3KVA with minimum of 3 Hour backup on full load for GPRS based LT meter reading applications at DGVCL Corporate Office, Surat. - System Maintenance System maintenance support must be given by party as per below SLA. 1. Response time within 4 hour with resolution or damaged/non working equipment must be replaced by new equipment having same model and configuration. This arrangement will be done by Party itself. 2. Technical, operational and Maintenance training must be given to IT support staff for all the equipments. 3. All the equipment must be supplied by single vendor only and No part order will be subcontracted to any other vendor in any case. 4. UPS System excluding batteries shall be under three years on-site comprehensive warranty support from the date of installation at the site, including free spare parts, kits etc. excluding the consumable items. All the batteries shall be with minimum of 3 years warranty from date of installation. 5. All the other items(router, firewall-utm) shall be under three years of comprehensive warranty support from the date of Installation at site. Page 1 of 5

The software polls the UPS for detailed information on the status of the power environment.
