2 INSTRUCTION The Intelligent I/O Module Box is composed by multiple serial I/O Modules (12 modules max.), it s input can be connected from HMI monitors, such as RS485, PLC etc. The intelligent I/O Module Box can be made by customer s requirements. It can be composed by 8 different I/O modules. We have many different I/O modules that customers can choose from freely. We offer well-equipped software tool which can simplify the set-up procedure and make maintenance easier.

3 ADVANTAGES To avoid wastes, we only use the right type I/O Modules we need. There is no problem about the resources as we can save time by composing the modules we already have whenever we need. It can be maintained easily when error signals show up. When maintaining the I/O Modules, we only replace the same ones without resetting again. It s very easy to expand I/O Modules. Every transmission path can be serial connected by 12 Module boxes Maximum.The Module has up to 16 I/O capacities and the parallel transmission connection can monitor large systems.

4 ADVANTAGES All I/O addresses will be arranged automatically when we command the rearrange instruction in editing. Future customised devices can be introduced easily.

9 STRUCTURE The monitor distance can reach 1000 meters, depending on the speed of RS-485. It can be parallel connected by multiple transmission paths and R/W the informations by RS-485 Modbus RTU communication form. Every transmission path can monitor 192 I/O Max. All I/O signals will be back-up into Module Box mother-board less than 40ms.
